THE MOST TOUCHING EXPERIRNCE WAS THE HUMANITARIAN DEED YOU HAVE BEEN DOING BY EMPLOYING DISABLED PEOPLE WHO ARE DEAF OR UNABLE TO SPEAK. WAS TRULY TOUCHED AND HAVE DECIDED TO STAY IN YOUR HOTEL EVEYTIME I VISIT GUJARAT.
NEED MORE JAIN OPTIONS FOR FOOD. ATLEAST WITHOUT ONIONS AND GARLIC IN INDIAN SIMPLE VEGGIES.

Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were good
Front desk staff was clueless. Are checkin I was told dinner was not included when it was. At check out they could not find my payment receipt and I was asked to show proof that I had already paid. Room was not properly cleaned. There was hair on bed and floor and bindis in the bathroom.
