very good food, friendly, responsive staff.
nice touch to bring hot jalebis (with faafdaa) to the table.
need to focus on customer orientation, detailing, consistency, especially at meals - eg if you bring a coffee in a small cup, there should always be a saucer below it and also a small stirrer with it.
if the staff notices plates which are dirty/ empty at the table and the guest is eating / drinking from some other plate/ cup, you could remove the dirty/ empty plate.
