I recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Central Antarim, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful hospitality and service I experienced during my stay.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, courteous staff, cleanliness, and professional approach of the entire team. The hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming environment, making the stay pleasant and relaxing.
A very special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Nilesh, Restaurant Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine approach toward guests truly made a difference to my experience. Mr. Nilesh was extremely courteous, approachable, and always attentive to the needs of guests. His ability to manage the restaurant professionally while ensuring that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of deserves special recognition.
It is people like Mr. Nilesh who make a hotel stay memorable. His positive attitude, dedication, and attention to detail clearly reflect his commitment to providing excellent guest service. I was particularly , and ranjeet was very kind and helpful from front office.

I had a fantastic stay at Regenta Central Antarim and would genuinely like to appreciate the entire team for making my experience so comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, professional service, cleanliness, and the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel has a very pleasant ambience, and the staff throughout the property were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever required.
A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Nilesh, the Restaurant Manager, who deserves particular appreciation for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. His friendly attitude, personal attention, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out during my stay. He made sure that everything at the restaurant was well taken care of and that guests felt comfortable and valued.
Mr. Nilesh is a wonderful example of what excellent hospitality should look like. His attention to detail, polite communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. It is people like him who leave a lasting impression on guests and make them want to return to the hotel.
I would also like to appreciate the restaurant team for their prompt service, pleasant behaviour, and efforts to ensure a great dining experience. The food was enjoyable, and the overall service was smooth and professional.

Despite the issues we experienced, there were a few positive aspects worth mentioning. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Its location is excellent, with several good cafés and popular tourist attractions conveniently located nearby, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff members we interacted with were also polite and courteous throughout our stay.
**Review of Our Stay (8–11 March 2026)**
I’m disappointed to say that our stay at this property did not meet the expectations one would reasonably have from a 4-star hotel.
**Check-in Experience**
Our first issue began on 8 March during check-in. I understand that the hotel was fully booked, but we had made our reservation weeks in advance. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 PM and dropped our luggage, expecting that our room would be ready shortly after the standard check-in time. When we returned at approximately 2:15 PM, we were still asked to wait and were only assigned a room around 3:00 PM. For a pre-booked stay, this level of delay felt unnecessary and poorly managed.
**Air Conditioning Issue**
Unfortunately, the room we were assigned on the first floor had a malfunctioning air conditioner. With outside temperatures around 38°C, the AC would not cool the room below 26°C. We reported the issue multiple times within the first few hours of check-in. While the staff assured us that it would be repaired promptly and that our room would be changed if necessary, nothing was actually resolved for several hours.
Around 9:00 PM, someone came to check the unit, removed the air filter, and asked us to wait to see if that might fix the problem. It did not. As a result, we spent the entire night in an uncomfortably hot room, unable to sleep.
The next morning we raised the issue again and were told that a solution would be arranged by 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, that did not happen either. After repeatedly following up and requesting assistance, our room was finally changed at around 1:00 PM.
**Issues in the Replacement Room**
While the new room itself was acceptable, it turned out to be a twin-bed room where two single beds had been pushed together to make one. Considering the room was booked for a couple, this again felt disappointing and not quite appropriate for the type of stay we had reserved.
