No hospitality

The hotel location is great. It's a very clean hotel.somenof the staff are friendly.

I was not well and asked the restaurant (within the hotel) to make me some lightly salted sauted vegetable. The chef point blank refused and I had to ask several times and explained that I am unable to eat anything else. After a lot of toing and froing,finally they agreed and brought really over boiled veg for me ! Not too pleased. The reception staff at check out made no attempt to ask if I enjoyed the stay ! Miserable and no smile. A bit surprised as no "hospitality" I personally don't think I would stay here again

It was passable.

Not much. Good location.

Even if it’s a 3 star property, the basics should be up to date. The bathroom appliances needs updating and repair, couldn’t use the shower. The room has a weird humid smell and they used some cheap quality freshener when I asked to make the smell go away. The staff were not very hospitable. As a solo female traveler for work I was not very comfortable with all male staff.

lovely stay

This is one of the best hotels, and it is better than any good 5-star hotel. Fantastic room service, ideal for business hotels The staff provided very polite and prompt service. I would suggest some five-star hotels check their room service and the way they provide quick service.

stay with 2.5Star rating expectations but defi not worth the price

This is a run-down 3Star property and they are listed as 4Star rating on Booking.com. The hotel is poorly maintained and managed. I had booked 2 nights but checked out after the first and found alternative accommodation.

Poor maintenance - from cleanliness to overall ambient upkeep Toilets have no separation of Wet - Dry areas.

The facilities and the rooms... Breakfast was pretty good. Location very centrally located

The front desk person i guess his name was Ajaz who sits in during the day time... He was unprofessional and rude... He was asking the customer to wait because he has some work of his to finish ...i don't think that's how the hospitality industry works...

excellent stay

very pleased with the hotel. centrally located. good area. many hospitals and pharmacies nearby. room was very spacious and clean. comfortable bed only negative it’s a low bed so not good for people with knee problems. food was good at the hotel. had dinner a couple of times. staff were very good helped with me extending my stay even when they were booked.

Liked the Place, will definitely book again.

Everything was very good. I liked the cleanliness and the hotel room interiors. Washrooms are really good. They have made the hotel keeping in mind the millennial travellers.

The staff tried to handover a basic room when I had clearly booked an executive room. They thought I would not know the room size, but I could figure that easily. When asked, they said it was done by mistake and gave me the room I had booked. Once that was sorted, all went great.

Please don't prefer to stay in this hotel unless you are preferring for low budget hotel

Hotel is new

No proper room service We stayed for two days didn't cleaned the room even once even after repeated request Staffs are not friendly No moisturizer provided in the room Odour of the solution used to clean the corridor and other area ls are suffocating
