Nice location with easy connectivity

Poor room service. Ist night my father ordered Hot Milk and Grilled sandwiches and were assured for delivery within 20 minutes. But got delivery after 1 hour that too after 3 reminders. Breakfast has limited options. Must add few more options. Better hotel options in same price range are available in vicinity.

Artilla Inn An overall PLUS

Excellent location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast

The double bed position against the wall was all wrong. One person was forced to get in and out at the foot of the bed which was very inconvenient. Overall, the space in the room could be utilized much better by repositioning the furniture. There were not enough plug points for charging devices.

Etablissement propre et relativement calme pour son emplacement. Personnel très professionnel à l'accueil. Quartier où l'on trouve facilement à manger.

Juste dans la salle d'eau, difficulté pour poser nos affaires.

A good location. Friendly and professional staff. The room was clean and spacious.

We stayed for two nights. The room we stayed in on the first night faced the street with heavy traffic. It was a bit noisy. So we changed to the room. The second room was fine.

Wonderful self sufficient rooms and restaurants

Location, full board menu, restaurant catering for dietery preferences, overall room cleanliness and comfort - needed to book early to secure place and venue, wifi was good enough

Toiletries, milk sachets coffee sachets werent adequately kept - late check in would have not helped. Better to keep a room for 2 ppl not enough lobby area to meet guies

All the elements for a few nights away from home were taken care of , I loved it.

Not value for money

Location was great. Easy to locate.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. There was only one bath towel in bathroom however I have booked for two people. No hand towel or face towel. Breakfast was bad with extra salt in everything. Mattress was very bad and I got a backache.

nice and recommendable...

Cleanliness, Food and staff behaviour excellent and co-operative. Hotels is closer to Riverfront Flower Park but not opposite of the same..

Parking space is very small for such property and during our departure water at bathroom was very slow and were given 2nd floor stay though we appreciated for top floor so that we had a better Riverfront view.

It is a good property but has a starge check-out time of 9:30 AM!!!!!!

The breakfast is good and sufficient and the location of the property is good

This was my repeat stay at the property, as we were very satisfied during our first stay. But this time the AC was dripping water inside the room and onto the bed next to it....this after we had brought to the notice of the staff the noise coming from the AC, but as usual they did not take it seriously, and then after 12 O-clock they offered ti change our room!!! And secondly, my colleague brought to the notice of the cracked mirror right opposite the bathroom door and he was like ' It is not a good sign to stay in a room with a cracked mirror'

Fabulous stay, great customer service

We had a fabulous stay, it was clean, staff were friendly, and breaksfast was plentiful and delicious. I left a personal item in our room upon checkout, I was glad that the trustworthy staff made arrangements to return it - thank you! We hope to visit again soon.
