The vacation village on the Szczecin Lagoon offers the right accommodation for every taste for the whole family (including small children) ? Comfort is guaranteed in these exclusive thatched-roof houses. There is a parking space directly in front of the house. The high-quality and individually furnished semi-detached house is located on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac and extends over two floors. It is very modern and furnished to a high standard and has 2 LED TVs and free WiFi. From the combined living and dining area, you can reach the terrace with its own garden and box for digging, where you can enjoy Usedom's glorious hours of sunshine, fire up the barbecue or use the lawn for various games. In addition to patio furniture, there is also a beach chair and a lounger for relaxing or sunbathing. On cold days, you can warm up in the sauna or make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room. The sauna is located in the bathroom on the first floor and has a walk-in shower. The fully equipped, high-quality fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances invites you to cook and enjoy together. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a cozy double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, which can also be put together, as well as a toddler bed with a thin folding mattress. The spacious, modern bathroom with WC and walk-in shower is easily accessible from the bedrooms. Germany's second largest island offers miles of fine sandy beaches and plenty of untouched nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species and will find peace and relaxation as well as many leisure activities for the whole family. Cyclists in particular will get their money's worth here on the many cycle paths and can explore the island far away from major roads. The vacation home has a lockable shed where you can safely store your bikes. The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbor, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St. Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme spa can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland. The small airport of Usedom is located near the vacation village. Here you can watch an airplane take off or land about once a day. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person or bring their own. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren bei uns die vielen Schnaken. Dafür gibt es aber Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Allerdings ohne Auto oder Fahrrad weit draussen. Erholungseffekt super.

Das Ferienhaus ist modern eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber. Es fehlte uns fast an nichts. Lediglich eine Matratze für das Babyreisebett ist nicht vorhanden. Wir haben eine Bettdecke untergelegt und somit Abhilfe geschafft. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit einen Brötchenservice zu nutzen. Haben wir selbst nicht genutzt, fanden wir aber eine nette Idee. Die Lage am Wald sowie mit dem Blick auf den Stettiner Haff nach ein paar Gehminuten ist wirklich sehr schön. Nach wenigen Autominuten erreicht man Swinemünde sowie auch die Seebäder Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf und Bansin. Alles im allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
