About this apartment rental
Beautiful spacious apartment in an old palazzo completely restored, overlooking the canal of Cannaregio. 40sqm with balcony, dinning area, large kitchen with a second dinning area, two bedrooms (one with own balcony to the canal) 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. 3 TV one in salone and two in both bedrooms, air con, 12 windows, very bright.

The apartment is very spacious (100sqm) and has typical Venezian floors, classic entrance and 12 windows in total. A mix of antique and high level furnitures, luxury equipped kitchen, king size beds, all TV's are ambilight and compatible with smart phones, super fast wifi with 200MB / sec.

The property was very clean, beautifully located on a lively canal that was not loud. There were plenty of places around to get dinner which were excellent. We could walk easily to the train station and there was a vaporetto stop quite close. The pictures represented to the apartment very well.

This is one of the best properties we have ever visited. It is a charming old apartment on a small canal that nevertheless has modern amenities like an updated kitchen and A/C. We were met by Alessia who kindly answered all of our questions and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. She also helped us understand how the vaporettos and taxis operate. While the apartment is on the first floor, just over a small seafood restaurant, we had no noise problems at all and could easily walk to any type of service we needed. If you are only planning to visit Piazza San Marco, then you will have about a 25-minute walk, but we found it very relaxing to NOT be so close to the most congested tourist areas. If you are arriving in Venice by train, you have an easy walk (no bridges) with luggage to the apartment. The airport is only about 20 minutes away by private water taxi. We truly enjoyed this peaceful oasis!

Beautiful location that is walkable from the main train station. Lovely view on the canal in quiet area. Not a far distance to Duomo and other landmarks. Host was lovely and very helpful with tips and answering questions.
