This was the best hotel we stayed in on our Canada tour, and exceeded our expectations. The experience from arrival to check out was perfect. The room overlooked the outdoor spa area, and was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was super with hot and cold options. We ate in the restaurant both nights which was really nice and not too expensive. The spa was wonderful, and worth paying as an add on if your room doesn't include access.
Nothing major, he location is slightly out of the way, so you would definitely need a car.

We stayed at OTL Gouverneur Saguenay for three nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel is new, modern, and extremely clean throughout. Our room was remarkably spacious, comfortable, and packed with amenities that made us feel right at home.
One of the main highlights was the outdoor garden area with its hot water pools—it was absolutely amazing and offered the ultimate spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back!
While the hotel is situated in a shopping plaza area facing a parking lot—so typical scenic views aren't the main draw—this was no surprise to us. We were offered a ground-floor room looking out onto the garden and hot water pools, which was lovely and very convenient.
