About this house rental
Located in Garden City, this lovely house for $339 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. *Total Garden City Beach House Right side of house photo-5 BR, All BRs have Smart TVs, Sleeps 12 *5 min walk to bch or 1 minute golf cart ride *Golf Cart Included with stay as a convenience *Ideal house for families and extended families *Beach Games & Beach Chairs Umbrella Incl *Totally Private Pool *1st floor BR & Ensuite Bath *5 min drive to GC Pier w/tons of restaurants /bars/ice cream *>20 mins to just about everything MB Offers but quieter! THE FINER DETAILS OF YOUR STAY: No parties, no trailers without prior permission. Parking is limited to 2-3 cars. There is a $125 management fee you will need to pay when booking with us. *Scroll down for a note on stays 28 nights or longer While the property is child friendly it is not necessarily child-proof. Parents will need to bring any childproofing required. While the property is "pet friendly" there are some guidelines for pets: 1. You must tell us in advance if you have a pet or a service animal if you plan to bring one. 2. Pets 60lbs and under only, maximum of two pets. 3. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral). 4. Pets must be treated for fleas and vaccinated. 5. There is a $20/day per pet non-refundable pet fee. It is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. 6. Pet owners must sign the pet agreement. Pool heat is not included automatically. It is only available during certain times of the year and usually when air temperatures are between 50-75 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a reasonable pool heat fee that would be added if you choose to heat it. The pool heat fee is $100. Please inquire if desired. *FOR STAYS 28 DAYS OR LONGER: We REQUIRE cleanings every 2 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $175, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that the price for the mid-stay clean, for stays 29 nights or longer does not include linens but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. INTERACTION WITH HOST: I live nearby and am available for any questions or concerns or issues that may arise. Other than that I allow my guests quiet enjoyment of the space. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: In Garden City Beach, just STH. of MB, a quiet/family beach, yet close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It is in the Murrells Inlet area known for its seafood restaurant row and the Marsh Walk. HOW YOU WILL ACCESS: Keyless entry. This rental is for the entire 5 bedroom house, so you will have access to everything the house has to offer it's guests! A LITTLE ABOUT THE SPACE: 'Chill-Inn' is a roomy 2700 sq ft twin house (the other side is a separate house.. each side has its own pool/driveway and super thick walls))w/ 5 bedrooms and 4.5 ba. and it's own private pool which is not shared with the other side. Super comfortable mattresses, SMART TVS in all bedrooms. Bed and bath linens are provided, an extra large/open yet cozy living area with a huge 75" HD SMART TV & DVD, Playstation 2, and foosball table. Laundry room w/ full sized washer and dryer. Well stocked and large kitchen can cook just about any meal and is open to the dining and living area with Corian counters & stainless steel appliances and an extra mini-fridge. Very Fast wireless Internet and cable TV in all rooms. Your own private heatable pool (can be heated for a reasonable fee), yard, 5 burner gas grill & sundeck. The master is on the first floor with a king bed and full bath. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. One with two twin beds, one with two queen beds with attached bathroom, and the other two have one queen each. One of the single queen rooms has its own bathroom and the other single queen room shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. HOW TO GET AROUND: You can get around most of what Garden City Beach has to offer by walking or by golf cart. To get to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, you will need to drive about 12 miles, 10 miles to the airport.

We had an amazing week with our family. The location to the beach was perfect. The house had everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving dinner.

The space is really functional, I was able to perform all my activities without distraction and relax for the evenings, the kitchen was well equipped, secured location and the good communication with the host was on point they respect your privacy so we all (tenants) must respect their home, I hope to get back soon, and will definitely check back to see if its available.

Half bath down stairs, toilet runs. Have to remove lid to adjust float several times. Toilet seat had to be tightened. Did not want to contact Property Manager for things we could manage.
Bed upstairs in front bedroom with double beds, bed close to bathroom squeaks with any movement! Again did not want to contact management!
I didn't appreciate management saying room smelled of "dog poop". No dog pooped inside this property. We paid $400 to cover 2 pets. I hope the smell of "corn chips" due to doggie allergies was easy to remove! We learned a lesson. Overall enjoyed the property & location!

This was our first vacation that included our whole family and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths allowed each couple to have some privacy while the open space kitchen and living room worked well for together time. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, but it was also helpful to have a golf cart. The pool is small but adequate. Our 2 year old granddaughter had a blast jumping in and swimming. I would highly recommend this wonderful property.

The house was perfect. just as described. The pool was small but very refreshing and just right for a quick dip. the location is great. short ride to the stores, golfing and entertainment. owners/property management easy to get along with and great communication.

The Chill Inn was perfect for a family vacation! The location and ease of going to the beach was ideal! The small pool in the back was a bonus! Definitely recommend the Chill Inn for anyone looking for a stress free getaway!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Chill Inn. There were 12 people in our group. The house had everything we needed. The pool was great and having the golf cart was an added bonus. David was great the entire time we were there. He was just a text away and helped us when we had questions very promptly! Thank you David for helping to make our annual family vacation great!

This was a great spot for my family to hang out inside and in the pool area. The beach is a 2 minute golf cart ride or 5 minute walk. Great location and close enough to see all the sites with a little drive. Highly recommended!!

First and foremost, Karen was wonderful! We had a few kinks in our stay and Karen so quickly helped out! I have an under 2 year old and she brought over a baby gate within an hour of our arrival at the property as soon as I called her she solved the problem. Second Karen noticed the golf cart needed some repair and quickly rented and paid for a replacement one so that we would not be without. And lastly I made a complaint about the mattresses being uncomfortable, that same day she replaced all the upstairs queen mattresses with brand new beds! I have never had a host be so responsive and we would 100% stay with her properties again.
Now about the actual property. It was clean and well appointed. She provides start up items and a goody jar for things you may forget. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a great laundry room. All rooms pretty much have private bathrooms with only two having to share. The pool is small but it was not an issue for our family of 7 staying there at all (6 adults, 1 under 2). The walk to the beach is maybe 6 mins if that and the golf cart was great dropping stuff at the beach and then going to the local restaurants and small stores. Great location and great house!

House had everything as listed and large enough for extended family. Good location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Owner very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was very easy.

Overall, a good to great property. Very clean. The golf cart needed attention and we had to be without it for a day. No beach view. The pool was smaller than expected. Garbage disposal didn’t work. Owners did address needs.

Home away from home!
The house was extremely clean and beautiful upon arrival. The A/C was not working so I contacted the host and she had someone come and fix it right away. The house is literally a quick walk away and a quick drive to the Marsh Walk. We are already looking into booking again. I was really happy with everything.

The only problem is the amount of communication, rules and regulations. I am sure the owner had issues with teenagers before. I was so stressed driving to property with the amount of rules and then telling me how much I will be charged if I don’t apply to these rules. So for the little time we were at the property ( as we were there for a CrossFit competition) we were not enjoying ourself. I truly understand that you want people to respect your property but this is a little ridiculous. Checking in we already got the check out email and that made me even more nervous.

Fall Beach Trip
Our vacation was perfect. The house was immaculate. You could smell the “clean” as soon as you walked in the door. The owner would answer right away with any questions. Everything you could possibly need was there for you. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The pool area was extremely nice and provided with lots of toys for the kids. It was wonderful having the golf cart provided to use and that was a highlight of our trip.

We enjoyed your home very much. It was an easy walk to the beach. Checkout time was a little early, 10:00 would have been better. It would have been nice to have a swing and a rocking chair to rock an infant; otherwise it was very well stocked. Golf cart was great to have availability to get around.
We found the cleaning people to be very helpful and trustworthy.
