Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required. While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets: 1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed 2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate 3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies 4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. You remove all pet hair, waste before departing. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, bring a bed or blanket for them to sit and sleep on 6. Guest who is bringing pet(s) must sign a pet agreement Pool heat is not included automatically.
