This home will comfortably sleep 14 people. Before purchasing this home, our family stayed in it for years. We fell in love with the location, the Anglers Villa community it is in and the home itself. This home is new to rental market and hasn't been rented in the past. The home is situated on the corner lot, facing the marsh in a small community on a cobblestone street. The community is directly across the street from a public access with a very short walk to the beach. The area is very quiet and serene. The views of the marsh from the wrap around porch are amazing. A short golf cart ride away is the hotspot of Garden City, Sam's Corner along with the famous Garden City Pier, Our family loves spending the day on the beach and the evenings at the pier and visiting all the shops on Sam's corner. We hope you will try our house out and fall in love with it like we did and make this your annual beach trip rental. More Details: First Floor Kitchen 1/2 bath Large pantry for your use Large built in bench seating at kitchen table for maximum seating. Living Room Access to 1st floor wrap around porch Master Bedroom - King Bed, large bathroom with shower and 2 vanities and a large closet. The master Bedroom also has a private access to the wrap around porch. Second Floor: U/S Bedroom 1: queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 2. This bedroom has a private entrance to the 2nd floor wrap around porch. U/S Bedroom 2: queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 1. U/S Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds, bathroom with tub/shower combo. U/S sitting area (Loft): a queen sized bunk bed with a pull out trundle. This area is open but also includes a armoire for extra clothes storage and two chairs for sitting. It also has a tv with a large assortment of children's movies. This upstairs space also has an entrance to the 2nd floor wrap around porch. Other Amenities: Laundry Room Large outdoor shower with seating Under the house parking Charcoal gas grill provided Portable crib available for use Community pool (seasonal/ late spring through Labor day) For 2024 the pool will be opened Mar. 31 - Sept. 30. Wrap around porch with rocking chairs This community does not allow Motorcycles, trailers or boats.

This was our second time staying at the property. It was excellent again. The only issue was that one of the upstairs televisions seemed to be going out. I reached out to Vicky and heard from her promptly. Unfortunately, with it being Christmas weekend, they were not able to rectify the problem while we were there.

The place was very nice. The location was really good and we enjoyed our stay. It was at the end of the season and the carpet was a little dirty but this didn’t stop us from having a nice stay. We would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful. Great home. Very well maintained and clean. 2 minute drive to pier for fishing. Several golf courses within a 15 to 20 minute ride or less. Beautiful little neighborhood with a sense of privacy even though you’re very close to everything. Will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Nicely furnished. Kitchen fully equipped for our needs. Small but nice community pool. We had a few problems: no linens for the trundle bed; could not get sound on the TV in the upstairs common area; and garbage service was inadequate (they only came on Monday, not Thursday and Saturday as stated). But, overall, we had a great time!

Nice house in a great location BUT make sure the landscaper is not booked for your week. He turned up at 6:30 and worked, with power tools, directly under and around the house until almost noon. He came back and ran his leaf blower for hours the next morning. We were trying to sleep and were literally so close we should have been wearing hearing protection. We would come back and stay again, but we will be asking for a guarantee that the gardener will either not be working or will work at more reasonable hours.

Wonderful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and stay again! Plenty of room for 6 adults, a teen and two toddlers. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and about a ten minute drive to all the restaurants we wanted to check out in Murrell’s Inlet!

Sandy Feet Retreat is beautiful and clean! It was exactly what we were looking for! The house was perfectly located, so cozy, and had everything we needed for a wonderful ladies weekend away. Very well stocked with everything! The beds were super comfy. Such a great view of the marsh! Wonderful sitting room area but also a huge table to gather around. Vickie was super responsive as we had a very minor key pad issue checking in, but it was resolved within minutes.

Our family stayed during the Christmas holiday, which was probably one of the coldest in South Carolina history! Some hurdles because of the weather came up but the host was so lovely, gracious and supportive through it all! The house is just as beautiful as the pictures show, if not more! The walk to the beach is easy and short. One thing that I noticed and appreciated about the house, which might seem odd to comment on, is how quite it is. No squeaky floor boards or steps! Rooms are plenty big and the porch is just amazing! The kitchen had all the appliances, pots and pans we needed as well as an abundance of silverware. We certainly plan to rebook and come again!

We all loved the place. It is nicely decorated, has comfy beds, sleeps many people, has everything one could need. The walk to the beach is short; the view of the sunset is great. We loved the porch on each floor. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. And the host was very friendly. I definitely can recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a great location, very clean and comfortable for a family of 8, and was in a terrific neighborhood. Vickie was a pleasure to deal with and was super responsive to all of our needs and questions. We enjoyed the beach during the day and the house in the evenings. Access to beach chairs at this property was very helpful and convenient. I would highly recommend this property and we'll be sure to book it again for future trips to the area.
