About this house rental
This beautiful oceanfront beach house is the perfect vacation spot for families and friends to get away from it all. With 5 bedrooms ( 4 up, 1 down) and 4 bathrooms (3 up, 1 down), this home can sleep 14-15 comfortably (13 in the 5 bedrooms plus 2 in the new comfortable leather couches. Large deck with spectacular Panoramic Ocean Views, just steps from having your toes in the sand. Open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room. Wireless connection plus Big Screen High Definition TV in living room with DVD player and VCR. All bedrooms have their own Televisions with cable and DVD players. This is a great beach house that will help make memories that last a lifetime. Linens are NOT provided. They can be ordered at Dunes.com, one mile from our beach house.

The house provides a beautiful view of the ocean waves crashing ashore. Plenty of room for large family gatherings and many amenities already provided. Lots of great restaurants within a short drive away. Host communicates very well with his guests. I would definitely book with Rich in the future!

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this oceanfront beach house in Garden City! The views are nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean directly from the back desk was one of the highlights of our trip. The house itself was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out for our family. We absolutely loved the direct access right down to the sand. When we weren't on the beach, it was a quick walk down to the Garden City Pier or in the opposite direction the Surfside Pier to enjoy the local shops, arcade, and restaurants. Having a fully equipped, modern kitchen was a huge plus for family dinners, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable after long days in the sun.The location feels quiet and relaxing, but you are still just a quick drive away from the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk and Myrtle Beach attractions. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, picturesque coastal getaway. We are already planning our next trip back!

This property is a gem. On the beach with easy beach access. Large rooms with nice, comfortable furnishings. We were a party of eight so the four full bathrooms were a treat. The outdoor deck is spacious with half covered for the non sun lovers! Plenty of parking and centrally located for walking or driving. The views are spectacular.The host is extremely good with communication and very accessible. Rich is very knowledgeable of area and has great recommendations. As you can tell, we had a great time here and highly recommend this property!!

This property was PERFECT for our family of 13! Very roomy and comfortable. It you like to cook on vacation, the kitchen lacks nothing! There are even beach chairs & beach toys! Rich, the owner, is beyond amazing! He is helpful with places to eat, location of pier and places for the kids to have fun! He is a wealth of information and very kind. This is a great place to take a family on vacation! We will definitely be back!
