This beautiful oceanfront beach house is the perfect vacation spot for families and friends to get away from it all. With 5 bedrooms ( 4 up, 1 down) and 4 bathrooms (3 up, 1 down), this home can sleep 14-15 comfortably (13 in the 5 bedrooms plus 2 in the new comfortable leather couches. Large deck with spectacular Panoramic Ocean Views, just steps from having your toes in the sand. Open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room. Wireless connection plus Big Screen High Definition TV in living room with DVD player and VCR. All bedrooms have their own Televisions with cable and DVD players. This is a great beach house that will help make memories that last a lifetime. Linens are NOT provided. They can be ordered at Dunes.com, one mile from our beach house. We do a family vacation every year with our 6 grown children. We rented this property this year and it was absolutely amazing! The property owner was amazing and kept in touch with us on a regular basis to make sure our stay was everything we needed it to be. We will rent this property again.

It is a beautiful oceanfront location, close to great restaurants and state parks. The house is furnished for comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped. The owner gave us lots of information about the house and was very responsive when we had a problem with the dishwasher. I highly recommend this beach house for a group of family or friends who want to share a relaxing beach experience.

We stayed here with our large family and the place was wonderful! There was plenty of room for everybody and It was great to walk right onto the beach from the deck. The owner Rich was awesome and I'd be glad to rent from him again.

Great communication, great location, a perfect family vacation. The only "issue" was with the cleanliness of the house when we first arrived. It almost seemed like the cleaners forgot to clean: (i.e. we swept up a pile of sand, plasticware etc. in just the kitchen area and food wrappers were found under the beds in 1 room.) Other than that - absolutely wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here, and the owner Rich is top notch. He's possibly the most kind and responsive owner we've ever dealt with, and if we need a house this size in the future, I wouldn't hesitate a moment to book this one again.
I've truly never seen a house stocked with more small appliances and different kinds of utensils, even if the knives could use a little sharpening, as with most rentals where guests may not have always taken the best care. It was easy to prepare meals with a gorgeous view of the beach, and the rooms were all very comfortable. The master suite has a fantastic view, and even a table and 2 chairs where you can relax in private. The deck and huge picnic table were perfect for socially distanced lunches, and there was plenty of beach equipment to take down the brand new walkway to enjoy the sand and sun.
I'm so pleased that we chose this house, and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation at the Atlantic Ocean
We were "tickled pink" to be able to stay at this Garden City Beach House. Our family of nine loved the house and the location. The house is well kept, very clean and nicely decorated.

House is spacious and accommodated our family of adults with ease. Some of the TVs were dated, but we didn’t come to watch TV so that was not a negative for us! House was super clean when we arrived which was very important to us. Owner checked on us a couple times via text which we appreciated. Highly recommend.
