Very nice getaway for the price.

Amazing location. Amazing rooftop pool. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean and great value included 1 hour free rented bike, free beach towels and free beach chair per person each day. Wow!

Couldn't cook in room really. Just a hotel with a microwave. Staff was nice but there was always a line to talk to staff.

Hotel =great but would NEVER book w/Cielo Stays again. No accountability. Terrible customer service.

The location is great, the rooftop pool/bar/restaurant was great! The unit was nice, but the layout was not what was promised in the photos. That's not a problem with the building, but more of a problem with the host.

I didn't like how I was mislead by the photos. We specifically chose the unit based on the photos that were displayed online for that specific unit. The photos showed a king sized bed, a full bathroom with tub (we were traveling with kids) and a view/balcony of Fillmore street/the beach. Instead, what we received when we checked in was a unit on the bay side, back side of the building, with a view of a parking lot and dumpsters, which were emptied almost every morning at 6am, which sounded like a full dumpster being dropped from the Empire State Building. Needless to say, it was very loud and disruptive every morning, which woke our entire family up way too early. Again we specifically chose the unit based on the photos/location, because we experienced this type of disruption in the past. I contacted Cielo Stays about this matter, and they would not help, and told me the pictures I sent, were not the pictures associated with my booking...eventhough I sent screenshots showing my booking information with the photos that they advertised. They just denied it until I finally gave up.

The stay was great they place is amazing in terms of location and convenience. You don’t need a car everything is right

Location rooftop with pool, right on the boardwalk.

Our room was really comfortable but when coming to kitchen utensils and plates they only have for 5 people which even if we are 4 we still need to serve and this is frustrating as you are always washing just to use that 5th fork or plate.

Dopo aver pagato su booking la stanza per una settimana compresa di tasse, alla reception mi hanno fatto pagare altri 340 dollari extra!! La casa non è mai stata pulita una sola volta in tutta la settimana! Cercate altrove non merita neanche 1 stella.

Hidden costs ! The page shows all taxes and charges included. Once booked, you receive an email indicating additional charges of 30%. As we couldn't cancel anymore, we were forced to pay the additional costs.

Wonderful location to the boardwalk. Room was nice.

We had noise from the suite above us. Heavy walking sounds, sliding furniture and jumping children.

We would stay at this place again.

Very modern clean room. This hotel is really close to the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants. The pool area is wonderful. We were able to get food and a drink at the pool bar.

The front desk ladies were nice they just didn’t seem to know how to travel around the area since we didn’t have a car. We found the “circuit” the last day we were there.

Loved it! Will definitely be back!

Gotta be one of the best deals in Hollywood Beach! Everyone we talked to was very happy about the value, the cleanliness, and conveniences of the property. Many had stayed there multiple times. Plus, it was very convenient to everything, and only a half-block to the beautiful beach, restaurants, and broadwalk. Loved this place!

The ridiculous price for parking, but that had nothing to do with the owners of the suite we stayed in. The added cost for parking is making many people choose other sites in Florida to stay. It's gotten out of hand. Also, the limitations on pool towels to one per person is a bit preschool-like. Come up with a better, more generous system. Need better convenience stores or drug stores nearby.

Fantastic unit and location!!

Very nice and helpful front desk staff! Super clean unit with great space. Fantastic location!

Would have been nice to check in early if it was ready. Would be nice to have a few of the essentials people would always use like salt and pepper and a few extras.

Pésimo servicio, cero limpieza y cobro excesivo, estacionamiento, papelería etc

La ubicación cerca de la playa

La relación calidad - precio, cobraban $45 dólares el estacionamiento, aparte cobraban hacer check inn y demás,en total $100 dólares extras, el colmo es que no hacían limpieza diaria y hasta tenías que sacar tu propia basura

The best oprion you can get in Hollywood Beach

This is our 2nd stay. Location is the best. New building, facilities and modern apartment. Apartment and the view is amazing. Close to everything. Apartment is on the 3rd floor and very convinient for pasing through the bridge to South Building. Cafe downstars, Bakery and groceries right across the street. Daily beach towels and chairs at the beach provided. Hot tub and roof pool are rocking. All staff are very polite, presentable looking and helpful. Beds are comfy. 3 coffee machines, fridge, dishwasher, TV in each room. We will be back for sure! We loved our stay very much!

Washing machine in the unit was expected, but it was not there. However, the laundry room is just next door, but it was out of service. With small washing machine in the apartment - the unit would be the best of the best. Only this minor thing is missing.

Relaxing and enjoying stay at CH beach resort :)

Location ! Roof top is my favorite and pool. I also love the aesthetic of the hotel :)

Flooring/tiles on roof top need to be changed. I witnessed many people fall or slip coming out of the pool. An older gentleman fell hard and struggled to get up. I know with the water on the floor it gets slippery but that’s super hazardous !

Schöne Appartmentanlage

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Bett sehr bequem. Lage top, fußläufig zum Hollywood Beach

Schlafzimmerfenster zur Straße. Daher in den Morgenstunden etwas laut wegen Autoverkehr. Parken ist kaum möglich außerhalb des Valets , das 40$ pro Nacht kostet.

The hotel was fine but the way they used my credit card was horrible.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was located perfectly and had so much places near in walking distance. Had the beach right behind us and the boardwalk as well. Some of the staff workers were very kind and charming. Our

When I arrived at the hotel the first day the workers at the reception were trying to charge me $400, $100 for deposit and $300 for the resort fee. They knew beforehand how many nights I was staying and when I got there they acted clueless and tried charging me more than needed. They had my card retained and the day I was leaving they told me the total of the resort fee was $570.65. I find that very disrespectful and very expensive, and when you’re reserving the hotel they already give you a price that you pay for and agree with. I didn’t find it honest and unfair. And the parking is horribly expensive. All those extra charges aren’t said clearly before you reserve. The property is fine but the way they use your credit card isn’t right and the numbers aren’t clear.

They did not offer a cleaning service for long stay.. I stayed for 21 days and when I asked about the cleaning fees it was so expencive. The parking is over priced. It was about 43$ per night.

I enjoyed the property

Location, cleanliness and amenities

Suffered a power failure that lasted 12 hours and my friend was not able to sleep well since he suffers from sleep apnea and must use a CPAP machine that uses electric power. I have to do my own inquiry about getting compensation.

Too expensive. Too many hidden fees. The rate start was $241 for 2 nights. After check out my total bill is $830. They charge cleaning service $256, resorts fee, package fee, parking $42/night and per car. Valet is $40 and there's more other charges. Not recommended if your on the budget. They will start with affordable rate but then hit you with hidden fees and other charges.

Perfect location, great stay.

The host was efficient and I had no issues getting in to the property. The location was perfect and the pictures were as described. Overall, great experience from booking to check out.

My stay was awesome

I give this resort a 9 out of 10. The room was amazing...Beach view! The room was equipped with EVERYTHING (stove, washer/dryer, dish washer, deep tub, working A/C, nice décor.) The staff were nice, the beach access was awesome, it was literally a 3 min walk. It wasn't a hassle obtaining beach chairs. $20 to rent an umbrella, however, my room had an umbrella stored in the closet...which saved us the $20 umbrella fee. The roof top pool and hot tub, along with the views were AMAZING.

The only con was the additional $125 resort fee, $50 registration fee, and $40 per night for valet(in/out privilege). Fortunately, because I read the reviews before booking I was already aware of the fees. I will most definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. It fit our family very well. Great location! We would definitely visit again in the future.

We did not receive fresh towels when requested. Cleaning for longer stays should be included. Parking and resort fees were a surprise on top of fees but I should have read the finer print better. It would be nice to have parking included but it was still a fair price with surrounding options.

Had to pay extra 35$per night, and parking way expensive 40 buck per night, wasn’t mentioned anywhere, found out when I got there.
