The staff make this place very good, each person I came across was friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful, although the view of a construction site isn't great, but not much you can do about that. My only issue is it seems too expensive for what you get, and a valet fee of $68.00 on top of the room rate. The location was wonderful, and near many stores and restaurants, very safe neighborhood.
Breakfast included in room rate perhaps, it is just too expensive for what you get. This is a pretty hotel, but there was some wear and tear I noticed in our room. The rooftop heated pool is a nice amenity.

Most of front desk staff.
Woman who checked us in could have been friendlier and more accommodating.
Need new pillows, bedding and towels were inconsistent. Sheets and some towels were greyish.
Didn't know whether room cleaning was on demand or expected.
When housekeeping did come they invariably left something undone. forgot to take out trash, or forgot to leave towels several times.
Just not the same experience at the Jacquard as many previous times.
