About this house rental
Located in Brielle, this attractive house for $726 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Recently Fully renovated on one of Manasquan's premier Historic Streets, this is our fulltime family home. One block from downtown Manasquan and less than 1 mile from Manasquan beach. Guests must be age 30 and up to book (besides children staying with their parents). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. We rent mainly to families, and small groups of friends who are responsible and considerate of our home and neighbors. Boasting 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath, outside shower, patio with gas grill , outdoor fire place and spacious yard , bocce court . Trained Dogs are welcome ! Luxury linens included . Shower towels , beach towels , beach chairs included . Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with Wolfe 8 burner gas stove and double wall ovens . Large marble island . Central air . Master suite with king bed and rain walk in shower ! Hardwood floors . Bring your bikes or you can rent them in town ! Master Bedroom king size bed , all other 4 bedrooms are queen size beds . Bedrooms are on second and third floor.

My family stayed at this wonderful home for a long weekend while attending a family wedding. It exceeded all expectations and everyone really enjoyed the property and wanted to stay longer! Great location to fun downtown and beach. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

My family and I came to Manasquan for a family wedding and staying at this property made everything so easy for us. The house is beautiful, the town lovely and Mary was so helpful and readily available, even from afar and well in advance of our check in date. Would love to come again and really relax! The house was perfect for us. We were attending a wedding in Spring Lake and this was just 6 minutes from The Mill wedding Venue. Grandmother, 2 Aunts, 1 Uncle and 2 Cousins. The 3rd floor was good for the younger adult cousins. Master Suite had so much space. Open, kitchen, dining room and living room were perfect gathering places and made it so much nicer and more fun to spend with family rather than hotel rooms. We hit the Manasquan beach before the wedding, easy to run people & stuff over to the beach with the car. But at the same time the two aunts enjoyed walking to the beach each morning to get their steps in and more. So easy to get stuff for lunch and breakfast as needed. Everything we needed was less than 10 minutes away. We wished we had a little more time to enjoy the backyard with outdoor fireplace and Bocce court. Street is nice, quiet and easy to get in and out of. There was one thing we contacted the owners about but they were over in a jiff and took care of it, and it was never a problem. The house was so clean and well kept. Sheets, linens all soft and clean, even used a steamer to freshen up our formal wedding attire. Thanks to the owners for contributing to our wonderful experience.

( nice morning walk to local coffee shop) and Mile from beach. Large kitchen for after beach gathering and great outdoor sitting area. Host was fantastic and provided a perfect check in process. Hope to return next year

Wedding 2022
This home was perfect for our daughters 10 bridesmaids to get ready. The pictures are exactly the size of the rooms. I’d say the island in kitchen was even larger than I expected. Tons of space. Master bedroom was large with master bath that has a very large shower and double sink vanity. Home was very clean. Another perk is linens are included so no lugging towels and sheets and having to make up beds. Homeowner is wonderful and answers your questions very quickly. This house deserves 10 stars!

Perfect for large family!
House has every that you need. Walking distance to the town and if you don’t want to eat out, cooking in this gorgeous kitchen is also an option. We all enjoyed our stay and this was a nice little getaway for us. Would definitely recommend to others!

Our girls had their friends join us, it was the perfect set up. Space was never an issue! The kitchen was our favorite, we spent a lot of time creating meals together and playing games in there as it was a great set up. The kids spent time in the basement at night doing their thing while we hung out in the living room watching movies near the fireplace. The outdoor shower was a nice touch. We had a fire outside on the patio at night, it was extremely relaxing. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would recommend renting bikes ahead of time to get to the beach. Parking was not a big issue but bikes would have been fun! We were fortunate enough to have found this house and we are looking forward to going back again next year. Mary was a pleasure to work with.

Great Family Home
We had a fantastic time at this renovated victorian in the historic Manasquan summer beach town. We were situated about 1 mile from the beach, which is a perfect location for those wanting to access the beach on a daily basis, but also have a nice location that is quiet. Highly recommend bringing your bike so you can have easy access to the beach. Parking can be difficult towards that area. The home itself was a pleasure to stay in. The backyard was perfect for our little dog, as well as a couple kids who were eager to jump on the trampoline and burn some energy outside. The kitchen was great and had plenty of room for multiple people to move freely while cooking meals.
Overall, you can't go wrong with this place.

This property worked well for our family. We were in town for a wedding; and wanted to enjoy more together time than a hotel offered. Manasquan is an adorable town.

We had the best time and the house was perfect!
The house was perfect for our 6 women "Girls Weekend." We especially loved the kitchen since we did a lot of cooking in and just being together. The patio in the back was lovely and we spent many an afternoon out there. The house was nicely laid out, decorated and comfortably furnished. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. I would book this property again.

Best of the Jersey Shore
We have been coming to the Jersey Shore with our family for years from upstate New York. This was by far the best location, rental experience, and hosts we have had the good fortune to experience. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the nearby main street and many great 20-minute drive destinations including Asbury Park, Red Bank and Long Branch. Our favorite beach and board walk, however, was the closest. Manasquan Beach is a 5-min drive, quick bike ride, or a longer but doable walk. Board has all the essentials, tacos, ice cream, arcade, smoothies, and people are very friendly and chill.
Amy and Matt were superb hosts who replied quickly to questions.
The home itself has central air, the best stove and cookware and is a joy to prepare meals in.
It doesn't get much better than this.

Beautiful home, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful house with all the comforts of home. It was nice being able to walk into town for ice cream at night and bike to the beach. We rented bicycles from a shop in Spring Lake and surfboards in Manasquan. Communication with homeowners was quick and informative! Great place!
