The apartment is in good location. Good view from the living room. All things are working well and clean.
The late 3:00 PM check-in time during the low season was inconvenient.
There was also some confusion regarding the name of the property. The listing advertises the place as “Serain,” but on the day of check-in, I received an SMS instructing me to look for a place called “Purple Pickle.” However, upon arrival, there was no sign displaying either of these names.
This caused some difficulty, as even the local airport taxi driver was unable to recognize the name “Purple Pickle.” Eventually, a receptionist at Rhapsody explained that “Purple Pickle” is a name adopted by Google Maps based on a previous burger shop that operated at the location. The actual building is apparently called Rhapsody Building.
This information should be communicated clearly to guests before arrival, as it would help avoid unnecessary confusion, especially for those arriving by taxi or for the first time.
Overall, this is a communication issue that could be improved quite easily by providing the correct and consistent property name and clear arrival instructions in advance.
