Kiama Sunrise, Kiama - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Peak Season Kiama Sunrise is a stylish, well equipped home in an elevated position. It has ocean views to the north and south, sleeps 6 in great comfort and is always immaculately presented. Linen and towels are provided and there is off street parking for two cars. The closest beach is Easts Beach and Kiama town is a short drive away. Peak Season Bookings: 15 Dec 2023 and 24 Jan 2024 - Minimum 4 night booking Peak Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team. This property has a minimum 4 night booking rule, no specified changeover day, and a one night turnover between bookings to ensure that it is well presented for incoming guests. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Kiama Sunrise is located a few streets away from Easts Beach, Kiama. It is a ten minute walk to this quiet beach, which is a great place for children and families with long, small sets of waves. Kiama town and harbour area are a short drive from the property. Why choose Kiama Sunrise? Enjoy all of today's home comforts in this contemporary duplex designed for modern day living with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Neat, modern, stylishly furnished and light filled, this family home is just perfect for a coastal break. How is the property laid out? Kiama Sunrise is a two storey duplex. With tiled flooring downstairs, carpet in the bedrooms and timber floors throughout the upstairs living area, this property is all about lifestyle with an accent on open plan living. Enter the property through the small front garden. The front door opens directly into downstairs living area with sofa, Smart TV (BYO Netflix etc.), DVD player, children's DVDs, books and games. There are three bedrooms downstairs, the master bedroom with king bed, walk in robe and ensuite, and Bedroom Two and Three with two king single beds in each room. There are two bathrooms: one ensuite bathroom to master bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet, and one spacious master bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet, and a separate powder room. There is also an internal laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and a garage that has been converted into a games room with table tennis and Foosball table. Upstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto balconies front and back. The living area has a Smart TV (BYO Netflix,) DVD player and micro music system with iPod and iPhone dock. There is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and also a convenient powder room with toilet and vanity upstairs on the kitchen level. What about outdoors? The dining area opens to covered rear balcony with outdoor setting, Weber gas BBQ and views across to the ocean. There is also an upstairs balcony on the street side. A small fenced garden at the front of the property has a lawn area and an outside shower for guests to use when returning from the beach. Keeping warm or keeping cool? Kiama Sunrise has gas heating for the cooler months and in summer it is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items. Parking for cars, boats, etc There is off street, driveway parking for two cars at the rear of property. You can also generally find parking on the street in front as well. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options. Wifi, internet, Netflix or pay tv - will I have it? This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. * What are the minimum stay rules? - Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Peak Season rules? Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. Lovely, bright and spacious property. Close to the beach. Way too many stickers on walls and photos of how to place dishes in the kitchen. Took away from the experience. We enjoyed our stay though.

A great place to stay, close to beaches, & not to far from Kiama, The kitchen was well equipped, The property was very clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable , although they could do with fans, our stay was end of April and all in our family commented on how hot the bedrooms were, overall a great stay , would stay again & would defiantly recommend this property.

Great house with everything that was required to keep the kids and adults entertained. The weather was really average on which highlighted how well the house was setup for a family! The table tennis and jigsaw puzzles got used so no one got too bored. Really nice to be able to open up the front doors and just enjoy the view of the rain and surf crashing onto the coast! Awesome family escape!

Quiet neighbourhood glimpses of coast and 15 minute walk to Manning Street. Great location to explore Jervis Bay, Berry, saddleback Mountain and surrounds.
