This is an EXCEPTIONAL spot to stay in if you are coming to Westport! About 6 minutes from town, easy cab ride (12 euro) if you don't want to drive. So beautiful and quiet and Donna and John are excellent hosts! Any questions we had, they answered immediately and gave us great information about the area. This is the most comfortable bed I've slept in on any trip I think! Wonderful facilities overall and we are hoping to get back soon. If you're coming to Westport, this is your place to stay! Sit on your porch with a pint or a pour and enjoy!

Very cosy. Contained everything I needed for my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was the perfect distance from Westport. Donna and John F were fantastic hosts.

I stayed at Westport Country Chalets in June 2026 and enjoyed it so much, I returned in September 2026.
The chalets are clean and comfortable with secure parking.
An ideal place to relax and unwind.
They are perfectly situated for exploring the wonderful County Mayo.
There is something for everyone in the area.
Walkers are well catered for with various mountains within driving distance, including Croag Patrick and Wild Nephin National Park.
Plus, the well marked Mayo Trails, which are available online (thoroughly recommend)
There's The Greenway, for cyclists and walkers, and if you enjoy taking part in a parkrun on Saturday mornings, there are several to choose from.
There's also the coastline too, with some wonderful beaches and amazing cliffs.
On top of all this, there's Westport itself. One of the friendliest and cleanest towns you will ever visit.
You will never go hungry or thirsty in Westport.
There's a couple of well stocked supermarkets too, if you decide to go self catering.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Westport Country Chalets.
