La tranquilidad, el diseño del apartamento, era muy bonito. La zona era super tranquila y a 10 minutos andando de Santillana del Mar
Las instalaciones estaban un poco descuidadas, cinta aislante en ducha y tuberia de la cocina, humedad en paredes, accesorios de baño oxidados.

El silencio y las vistas
El sofá no resultó demasiado cómodo, pero es funcional.

The outside area is really nice. It's very green and with enough places to have a good rest. The neighborhood is quiet and peacful. The apartment is also quite well decorated.
We were very disappointed when we came into our apartment. In the description it was saying about one separate bedroom but in reality there was only one room. There was just the curtain that separated the bed from the other space. But it's definitely not the same as a separate room. The bathroom door is just one step from the bed. And we could feel some old and unpleasant smells from the curtain near the bed and some furniture. The cooking pans should be replaced, they are very old. Another problem is the bathroom. No warm water in the sink. If you want to stop cold water, you need to find a proper location for a tap, otherwise it will never stop. Different parts of the shower, tap and the doors lock constantly were falling apart and we needed to fix them. So the apartment wasn't worth the amount of money that we paid at all.
