Location of the hotel - is a best moment of the hotel.
Evening animator was good but there was not place to talk with colleagues without strong noise. After 9 PM we didn't find a place to eat. Room service is available till 9 PM

Perfect location, private beach
1. Second floor without an elevator; carrying suitcases up isn't exactly a pleasure, and this wasn't mentioned anywhere.
2. The room was in reasonable condition, but with some issues: the balcony door was crooked, and I was afraid it would fall off.
3. There was no umbrella on the balcony, even though all the other rooms had one.
4. The shower door didn't close properly, which caused water to splash all over the room.

No need to walk up and down carpeted hallways. No need for lifts. A minute walk through well kept gardens and beautiful trees lead you to the beach,pools etc.
Many rooms have their own private pools. Beautiful!

THe hotel is very clean, smells very good, the staff were very efficient, breakfast was great, the pillows were very comfortable. The room was specious and clean. Room service was good too.
There were no activities for kids, and no airconditioned area to be with kids except for the lobby. There was no warm/hot food served in the lobby on Saturday after Shabbat was over. The music at the pool was far too laoud and for too long hours. Not enough shade around the pool.
