Beautiful setting, lovely decor and fabulous pool area. Great food, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast Loved the touch of the lilos in the swimming pool

Not enough staff to check you in so waiting time long when only one person is assisting. Only one toilet in common parts in -1 so if you are by the pool you have to go in and take a lift down or go to your room. Room prices are very high

הבריכה מהממת והמתקנים יפים אבל זה רחוק מלהצדיק את המחיר

הצוות מאוד נחמד ומשתדל וכולם באופן אישי מאוד אדיבים אבל יש בעיה במקצועיות ובתפעול של המקום. רק במעמד הצ׳ק אאוט התברר שארוחת הערב עלתה לנו 480 ש״ח לסועד וזה בשום שלב לא צוין מה גם שלא אכלנו מהארוחה כי האוכל בינוני מאוד, היחס היה לא מקצועי ואף הוכרחנו לשלם למרות שלא ידענו ולמרות שלא נהנינו. המקום מאוד נחמד אבל רחוק מלהצדיק את המחיר שלו. מדובר במחירים של המלונות הכי יוקרתיים בארץ, אם זה שחרות או נורמן. אבל יש להם עוד הרבה ללמוד והמחיר מאוד לא מוצדק, האוכל ברמה של מסעדה בינונית.
