About this villa rental
Located in Virgin Islands (U.S.), this charming villa for $285 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. All repairs/renovations to villa after 2017 hurricanes completed during 5 million dollar resort renovation. 2 BR/2 BA Sleeps 6. My villa, Nine Island Vista, is located at Point Pleasant on the East End of St. Thomas. You’ll love the tremendous views (you can see unobstructed views of nine islands from the 50' wrap-around private terrace) and being able to walk to three beaches (pineapple, sugar, coki). There is fine dining at Mirador, the resort restaurant that serves, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch and a fantastic beach bar with $5 drink specials during happy hour. Also Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville resort and bar/restaurant (our neighbor resort), has a restaurant and a great beach a short 3 minute walk away. There are 3 pools, 2 with fabulous ocean views. The villa is great for families. Two bedrooms/2 baths, 1 bath has tub/shower combination. First bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a queen sized bed. New sofa in great room is a queen sized sofa bed. Additional air mattresses if needed. The villa is located at the top of the hill affording breathtaking views of the ocean and 9 islands and cooled by gentle trade winds. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner and the great room is cooled by ocean breezes and fans if needed. Fifty foot wrap around deck for true indoor to outdoor living . Open concept for plenty of space. Three flat screen tv's. Well stocked kitchen. Beach towels, snorkeling equipment, noodles provided. All inquiries welcome--I enjoy conversing with potential guests.

The view from the property is breathtaking. We had great weather and enjoyed many of the amenities on the property. We walked over to Corki Beach, which is a local hang out. It looked a little rough, but had not problems with anything. We made sure to be back by dusk.
We did not have a vehicle, which made it a bit difficult to get groceries, so we ate out mostly. Everything there is on the side of a cliff. I have better leg tone since staying there!
There is a shuttle that will take you along the property, but we chose to walk.
Our host was marvelous and communicated quickly when I had questions.

Great location and good amenities at the resort. Easy walk to Coki beach. Had no car but enough to do right on the resort! Good restaurants, three pools and shuttle bus service.

We stayed for 4 days. The home is beautiful and well appointed. Plenty of things to do with in walking distance. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Point Pleasant suffered from the 2017 Storms, but has come ROARING back! The staff, the pools, the lower restaurant, the UNIT we stayed in, and of course the LOCATION, were all just wonderful in their own unique ways!
Our host could not have been more helpful in sending us information on beaches, things to do, getting around and the uniqueness / casualness of the unit.
We took in Maegan's Bay beach, Lindquist beach and spent one day in St John, visiting MAHO Bay beach and Cinnamon Bay beach, and ALL were beautiful.

The furnishings were quality. Furniture, bedding, towels were all plush. Extras were also available like beach towels, beach chairs, snorkling etc.

Absolutely Perfect! The apartment is on the top floor and it has a balcony with large glass sliding doors. I watched the sun rise and sunset from my balcony. The rooms are clean and cool quickly. The kitchen is fully stocked. The staff was friendly and the location seemed in the middle of everything we wanted...super easy stay. Thank you so much, I hope to come back. I didn't even mind being in the kitchen on holiday because the views were heavenly.

Best views in the whole complex. It’s up a big hill, but the walk it totally worth it. There is also a resort shuttle that will take you, but we didn’t use it. The property was as advertised. There was some general wear and tear but it was clean and bug free. We especially enjoyed the hilltop pool that was just steps away from the property.

From beginning to end host Debra and property manager Melissa provided outstanding service and communication! Upon booking I received a plethora of great and helpful information about the unit, the resort and the area. Debra answered all of my questions and then some regarding transportation, driving, restaurants, shopping, etc.
The condo was AMAZING with breathtaking with sweeping views that you just can’t capture in photos. It was also very well equipped, very comfortable, very clean and just beautifully decorated and warm. We were thrilled walking into the unit with Wow moments inside and out.
We had questions about the ac units and Melissa was immediately responsive and helpful in making sure we were comfortable and happy. We didn’t get to try the restaurants on site due to our own timing but Oceans180 looked spectacular setting and menu-wise. This is a very cool resort with 3 lovely view pools (loved sunset at the middle pool), a little nature trail and a fun “secret” path to an incredible private beach.

The view was amazing. The property had beach chairs, floaties and snorkeling equipment available which was great since we had rented a Jeep. The sink was stopped up on our first use but the manager responded immediately and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Great communication with Debra, the villa owner. She was so nice and had a long list of recommendations of things to do and places to eat, along with everything you’d need to know while visiting St. Thomas. She emailed me weeks before our arrival with all of the information we would need. Overall it was a fabulous trip and I would recommend this place to stay.

The views were fantastic and having access to the pools and restaurant onsite was really nice. Very close to many great beaches and good restaurants in Red Hook. Debby was easy to communicate with and sent us recommendations which we used throughout our trip.

Deb was the best host! Everything was clean and well thought out. The views were the best and the beds are so comfortable. We didnt leave spirits or use any. But we did add Tide laundry soap if you need to do laundry just down the hill to the next set of buildings. 4 washers and dryers. We made breakfast every morning at the condo as the views couldn't be beat. We left behind sryup and pancake mix for the next group. Go to Coki it was our favorite beach $25 for 2 chairs and large umbrella. $1 for Dog bones and the fish will be all over you for great photos. Grocery store will give you sticker shock. $18.99 for a package of 1lb bacon. Anything like spices bring from home, if youre family is gonna cook there. Next time that is what we plan on doing we will definatly be coming back. She has chairs and umbrella there, if you go to ST Johns for the day bring them with you'll need them. Pick this place it was well worth the money.

I chose this property for a long weekend stay for myself and my childhood best friend. Loved how quiet yet convenient it was to all that we needed. We were able to walk to Coki Beach, grab lunch + drinks at the water side restaurant, and easily rented snorkeling gear from the property. We liked that Sapphire Beach was a very short drive, as well as the grocery store, and many fabulous restaurants. Location really is great.
Really appreciated the level of communication and effort that Debra put in to make renting from her a seamless process. She gets alllll the stars for this!
The unit it nice- very homey and clean. The views are *chefs kiss* and sealed the experience for me. Most of the pictures I took on our trip are from the balcony- it was so beautiful.

Great property. Need a rental car for sure to do everything on the Island or if you want to go to St. John. Great views, good host. The only thing I did not like about the place was there was no ceiling on the guest bedroom, so the skylight was exposed and you could easily hear anything going on in the living room if you were trying to sleep. Not a huge deal, but I think its worth noting.

The property was an excellent location for our family get together. It was central to dinners, party and time on the water. Transportation be taxi was quick and conenient. We did not have time to take advantage of Point Pleasant Resort.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in St Thomas. This property was a dream with wonderful sweeping views, a location that was close to beaches, dive shops and other places of interest. Debbie was very easy to work with and provided a ton of useful and relevant information that became our go to guide for our visit. The villa was clean and well appointed. Highly recommmend.

Host was Amazing ! Most questions answered in email from start of booking! Location was great view was outstanding! My only issue would be if you travel with adults one bedroom is open from top of room so air conditioned is non existent and you can hear everything in that room! Great for kids not 2 adult couples! Using the shuttle was easy stops running at 6pm! The walk up is not for the weak! It was as posted a great stay was had!

The wrap around porch and the sliding glass doors are the highlight of this property. The view of the water and nearby islands was fabulous. The hills were a bit tough to climb, but there is a shuttle service willing to take you from the top to the bottom. I would highly recommend renting a car. There are some nice nearby beaches that require a drive versus a walk. Taxis can be very expensive (we paid $80 round trip for 4 to a restaurant for our last night in St Thomas).

This rental home is beautiful, it exceeded our expectations. Well stocked and great layout for our small family. The resort and unit amenities had everything we needed (and more). Super easy host to work with, Deb shared helpful guidance and resources for our stay. We rented a Jeep to explore USVI and local beaches, the location was convenient to everything. We loved the view staying at the top of the resort -- can't wait to return!
