Abschreckend
An der Wohnung hat uns nichts gefallen, deswegen haben wir den Aufenthalt kostenlos storniert.
Die Angaben der Quadratmeter sind nicht ehrlich, in der Beschreibung steht 50m2 und in Wirklichkeit sind es ca. 30 m2.
Wir konnten in in keinem Raum unsere Koffer Unterstellen weil die Räume so klein waren.
Die Küche hat höchstens 3m2 und der Balkon war noch kleiner.
Das unverschämte Verhalten vom Anbieter ist die Krönung gewesen.
Als wir uns gegen die Wohnung entschieden haben und ihn gebeten haben die Stornierung zu akzeptieren hat er sich erstmal geweigert und sagte wir müssten für die 10 Tage die Tax bezahlen, weil booking Ihm die Kosten abgebucht hat. Das habe ich verneint das es nicht der Fall ist. Dann hat er sein Bruder angerufen der uns am Telefon beleidigt hat ob wir dumm seien. Angeblich gehört dem Bruder die Wohnung.
Denn noch wollte der Anbieter nicht davon abkommen das wir ihm die Tax zahlen.
Als ich dann mit der Polizei gedroht habe ,sagte er, er wolle von uns dann Sprit Geld haben von 50 Dinar weil er Fahrtkosten hatte. Ich dachte ich Spinne. Das war zu viel der ganzen Situation!
Also holte ich mein Handy raus um die Polizei zu rufen. Auf einmal könnte er den Button für die Stornierung bestätigen sodass wir keine Kosten hatten. Ich hab Ihn dann 20 Dinar Fahrtkosten gegeben damit er Ruhe gibt aber das war nicht genug er wollte mehr. Wir sind dann ins Auto gestiegen und weggefahren.
So eine unglaubliche Situation.
Wer hier seine rechte nicht kennt ist verloren, zum Glück sind wir Tunesier und kennen die Rechtslage hier.
Den Anbieter kann ich in keinem Fall empfehlen.
Unverschämt, ist ein Lügner, Unfreundlich
