This is a lovely riad in the heart of the medina, but you are completely shielded from all the hustle and bustle the minute you walk inside. It’s beautifully decorated and has a real sense of calm. The staff are excellent - friendly, and went above and beyond as we were celebrating a birthday. They were super helpful with recommendations of trips, etc. Would definitely go back!
I think if you were a lone (female) traveller, you might feel a little uneasy at night actually getting to the riad as it’s deep in the medina. We were a group, and felt completely safe, but I commented that I wouldn’t want to do it alone. However, I am certain that the staff would accompany you if you asked. Other than that, the place was amazing!

Our room was large, lovely and comfortable, with beautiful high ceilings and lovely traditional details. We had everything we need. The Riad is in such a great part of Marrakech, in the old medina but down a little side alley that is nicely tucked away. The dipping pool was a nice touch after a long, hot day exploring the souks. The breakfast is subpar, but fine. Ayoub and Youssef, the managers, were friendly and very sweet. One morning when we went for a day rip to Ourika Valley, they gave us a packed breakfast, which was so kind.
The breakfast isn't great, store bought OJ and mostly sugar and carbs. The showerhead in our room was broken, and it would spray everywhere and vacillate from hot to cold, but it was manageable.
