Superb staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Mohammed, Salah and Asharf were particularly Great location in the Medina. The Riad was also a haven of tranquility amongst the hectic streets. Hammam and massage were exceptional too - an experience not to be missed. I can’t recommend this Road more highly. Thank you everyone who made our stay so special.

The staff were amazing, incredibly kind and helpful! The room was perfect and spotless. The location is excellent, right in a tourist-friendly souk, although you’ll definitely need the hotel staff to help you find it the first time. Once you do, it’s perfect!
Google Maps leads you to a dead end, so you’ll definitely need someone from the hotel to help you find the entrance. I would also recommend providing guests with a key to the main entrance, as you always have to rely on someone to open the door for you

Staff were great, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, pool was nice, hammam was great.
Room was a bit noisy at night (someone moving furniture above?). But otherwise really great and tranquil.

Photos don’t do it justice! Rooms are beautiful with plenty of sunbathing space on the roof too. Staff very friendly especially Mohamed and the other man at reception whose name I have forgotten. Always available on WhatsApp and collected and dropped me off at my taxi to the airport which is a short walk from Luciana. Breakfast was lovely too
Nothing although I would pack your own hairdryer if you blow dry your hair as they aren’t very powerful
