Superb

Great location, very cool and modern furniture, the kitchen was great and with a lot of facilities.

This a great apartment if you’re looking for a little more room. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment was nice and large. It had a washing machine and all the amenities you need. Also, we loved the location. It was just a short walk into the heart of Ortigia.

Amazing place in an ideal location on Ortigia!

A gorgeous flat for our stay. I loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it! It is spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. it has everything we needed, including a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Fantastic location. Spacious apartment. Helpful host.

Location is fantastic! Host was friendly and helpful. Spacious apartment. Easy to check in and out. Just to be aware that breakfast is no longer provided (which is mentioned in previous reviews) but we were not expecting this.

The water pump broke after the local water supply faulted. This was obviously outside of property control. Host was super helpful and fixed the problem straight away. He let us go to another nearby property while the pump was replaced.

great location and very well maintained apartment.

great location and check in was super easy. the nearby parking garage was also great for us. It was nice that they brought breakfast to us as well. Also, they had a washing machine and drying rack which came in very handy for us.

there are some stairs to consider if traveling with the elderly.

Wonderful, perfect location. The space is very nice !!

It was OK. We are not used to eat pastry, but I understand that is catered for the general public. The quality was very good.

Perhaps include a more healthy option.

Exceptional

Wonderful location and gorgeous apartment. Breakfast was left outside our door each morning. So easy to walk everywhere from apartment. Car was stored in car park upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Very good

super modern apartment, with a fabulous location on the historic Via Roma next to the Piazza Duomo - close to the best restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

No elevator so three flights of stairs can be a task if you’re bringing a lot of luggage. Hot water in shower was hit and miss.

Exceptional!

This apartment had the most unbelievably gorgeous interior, impeccably and artistically decorated. Both bedrooms opened up to a private terrace, a perfect spot for brekkie or an evening drink. We so appreciated all the nibbles and the Spumante - and just enough espresso capsules to last us the duration of our stay (with many cups consumed!). Situated in a perfect location in Ortiga to walk everywhere.

I don’t mind climbing stairs, but keep in mind this apartment is located a good three floors up. A good workout, for sure!

There are quite a few stairs and no elevator.

Great location

Wonderful location right in the heart of Ortigia.

Breakfast was a nice idea, but sometimes was prepared the day before. The sofa was pretty to look at, but the most uncomfortable one I have ever sat on. Several items were listed on the booking confirmation, but were not provided such as bathrobes, video games, board games Nintendo Wii, additional toilet

Perfect in every way for our needs.

Alessia provided a beautiful apartment in perfect location. Hospitality was exceptional and we were provided with everything needed.

Idyllic. Ortigia is beautiful, historic, and welcoming.

It was very convenient to have breakfast delivered. We had both the sweet and the savory options and it was just enough to get our day started. It was very welcome to have the Nespresso available and when we ran out of pods more were provided. I cannot say enough good things about this property, its location and Alessia. I hope to get back to Ortigia soon and will definitely book this property.

I loved everything - more than I expected. Before booking, be aware that there is no elevator, so you'll have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Modern high quality classy apartment in perfect area

Location, design of apartment and service. It is a great apartment in a perfect location near cathedral. Private parking option just around the corner was perfect and the check in staff were really helpful. Added breakfast was a nice touch and the communication was excellent throughout. It was really good value for a very high quality apartment in perfect location.

Nothing, I would highly recommend to everyone.
