Loved the view and the location! was nice to walk out and be in the middle of everything
The check-in was a little challenging - it would have been easier to just receive the key box code in the email once paid. (lots of back and forth). There was also a snafu with the parking which was worked out. (I was also surprised that parking was 24€/day — not a biggie, just surprised as we chose this place based on amenities such as parking). One bedroom was very light and comfortable but the other felt a bit like a dungeon with no windows, and a bed that really sagged in the middle. It was fine, but if a comfy bed is super important, take note. Also, many little levels (tripping hazard LOL) and the door locks were a bit wonky. Took us many tries to get in the main door, and BTW, don’t close the door between the kitchen and the bedrooms or you won’t be able to get back into the bedrooms!! All pretty typical for an old refurbed apartment. And finally, make sure you check EVERYTHING before you leave We accidentally left a package of medication in the refrigerator (it needed to stay cool so we waited to the last minute to pack) and it was thrown away. Anyone looking in the package would have seen the vials and the syringes. The owner was very kind about it, but just an FYI.

The location and the balcony overlooking the sea are lovely
The apartment feels squashed and has low ceilings as if it had been added between storeys.
The bedroom with the ensuite has no window so it felt claustrophobic. Its shower had a drain problem so the apartment smelt and we had to disinfect the drain. The kitchen air conditioning didn’t work.
The kitchen/lounge/living room is tiny - it would certainly be too small for 4 people.
We had asked for parking right from the time of booking but the owner didn’t ask for parking until the day before so we arrived to find there was no space reserved for us. We had to use the public parking which is the other end of the island.
