Check-in was easy, and the staff were very helpful. The pricing is very reasonable. The location is perfect, and the facilities are also very good.
The walls are quite thin, so you need to be a bit tired or use earplugs to sleep well.

Excellent location in central Nida, right by the Curonian Lagoon. The room had the facilities we specifically needed, including two separate beds, a private bathroom, a refrigerator and access to kitchen facilities.
The main disappointment was the difference between the photos and the reality. The room was considerably smaller and more dated than it appeared in the Booking.com photos. The photos give an impression of a brighter and much more spacious room, while in reality it felt quite basic.
The property is an older wooden guesthouse with more of a hostel-style atmosphere than expected. The room also had a balcony, but it appeared very old and did not feel comfortable or safe enough to use.
The guests (my mother and friend) have been visiting Nida every September for the past 5 years and are therefore familiar with the general standard of accommodation in the area. Compared with previous stays in similarly located properties, the overall quality and condition here were noticeably lower than expected.
The location is excellent and the necessary facilities were provided, but the photos did not give a realistic impression of the room’s actual size and condition. This is worth keeping in mind, particularly for guests looking for a more comfortable, apartment-style stay rather than simple guesthouse or hostel-style accommodation.

The staff here are kind, caring, and extremely accommodating. My wife and I have been traveling thru the Baltics for a few weeks and Nida was our place to wind down and recenter ourselves. This guest house wasn't what we expected (its not a bad place, it's great actually, it's creative and vibey but we needed privacy and peace at this point) when we arrived so we talked with the staff about cancelling our stay and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that we could make the changes we needed.
If you have a room on first floor on the side with the bar / restaurant you will have ppl right outside your room and you will need earplugs (which they provide)!

The staff was really correct handling our complaint of the room and the noise in the accomodation. Best thing of the accomodation was for us the location in Nida.
It felt more like a youth hostel (when we were there) than a hotel. Probably our mistake as well, that on old wooden building will not really prevent you from noise from teenage kids having a weekend out. We decided to depart a day earlier, which was fairly supported by the staff (see also the positive note).
