About this condo rental
Located in Carrabassett Valley, this attractive condo for $375 per night is a great choice for your next break. ***NEW CARPET AND FLOORING THROUGHOUT!*** ***AND NEW HUGE SECTIONAL IN THE LIVING ROOM!!!*** PLEASE NOTE: For the 2023/2024 ski season - access to the mountain and acceptance of Sugarloaf policy is the sole responsibility of the guests. Likewise, the cancellation policy (or ability to change an existing reservation) will not be altered or manipulated in response to the guests' inability to ski during their stay (illness, wind holds, weather, etc...). The renters shall hold harmless the owners of this property from and against any claims, damages, losses and expenses related to illness and weather events. Come enjoy all that the Carrabassett Valley has to offer year round! This bright and clean ski-in/ski-out Sugarloaf Condo has 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (king bed downstairs - with door - and one twin bed with two sets of bunk beds in an OPEN LOFT upstairs). Enjoy views of the mountain while comfortably sleeping 7-8 people at the end of a day on the slopes or trails. The end of the Snubber chairlift is 150 yards from the building! There is a TV and DVD in each room (living room and both bedrooms). Two of the DVD players have wifi access and can be used for HULU, Amazon Plus and more. Wifi is provided for our renters. We have a small selection of movies as well as ample games to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen includes a full size stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher, and a full complement of pots and pans. A slow cooker and a blender are also provided. We also have a boot dryer to dry out those wet ski/snowboard boots at the end of the day!!! In Snowbrook Village you will find an indoor pool with three hot tubs and tennis courts. Access to Loop 1 of the cross country ski/mountain bike trails is also a short walk away. Once you arrive there is no need to drive anywhere as the on mountain shuttle will bring you to and from all local eats and attractions in the area! All 90km of Outdoor Center Trails are included when you buy your lift ticket! The Alpine Exchange program allows guests to ski the slopes and explore the cross country ski trail network all in one day. Every lift ticket grants you full access to the trails for the day as well as free equipment rentals (9am – 4pm). For more info contact the Outdoor Center. Winter: skiing (downhill and XC), snowboarding, snow shoeing, ice skating (pond on property), Outdoor Center, Spa with massage services, Anti-Gravity Center (fitness center, climbing wall, trampoline), Fitness Center (fee to access), Indoor Pool/Hot tubs, restaurants. Summer and Fall: golf, zip line, scenic chairlift rides, unlimited hiking opportunities (Maine Huts and Trail System access), mountain biking, fishing, swimming holes and waterfalls, Outdoor Center, Spa with massage services, Anti-Gravity Center (fitness center, climbing wall, trampoline), Sugarloaf Guided Adventures (moose sighting, Canoe Trips, etc…), Tennis, Outdoor Adventure Camp for Kids

Was there with my friends for 3 nights, 5 adults in total. Absolutely cozy place conveniently located next to snubber lift. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything was great. Host is very fast in responses. No any problems with parking. Pool, hot tub and sauna were just perfect! I would come back.

My two college age children, my 12 year old and my mother all stayed here for three nights and we had a great time hanging out and skiing. The unit is very close to the bottom of the Snubber lift and there’s also a shuttle. The stove is modern and worked well, the temperature in the unit was comfortable, lots of pots and pans, lots of coat hooks and space for ski gear and boots. Everything you need to ski Sugarloaf.

The condo was perfect. Everything was as advertised and things were all labelled and there was lots of information in the unit regarding all aspects of the unit and also about the mountain.

Clean, functional & comfortable
King bed & couches were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary cookware, dinnerware & utensils (even the knife was sharp). At base of Snubber lift and easy walk to chair. Older cabinets & things but it all worked fine. Lots of hooks & shoe trays for easy access to your gear. Quick & easy communication with owner. May feel small for a big group but was perfect for the two of us.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for some R&R at Sugarloaf. Elizabeth was a fantastic host and excellent at communication (Thank you!). Well appointed condo for a ski stay. Quite complex and nice neighbors. Only drawback is the long chair ride to main lodge (but super easy!). Would definitely stay again.

Great family condo
We stayed here for a long spring skiing weekend, and it was perfect for our family. Convenient to the base of the Snubber lift, wifi fast enough to keep all of the kids happy after skiing, and plenty of games, puzzles and movies to enjoy.
Kitchen was very well stocked (we finally found a place that wasn't missing or short of items for cooking and eating).
The kids loved the bunk beds, and the bed in the master was comfortable.
Finally, the condo had enough hooks, pegs and boot trays to help keep all of our ski gear organized, warm and dry for the next day.

This is a good location, just a short walk to the very bottom of the Snubber chairlift. The condo is up a flight of outdoor stairs, but it has a large outdoor ski locker on the ground floor. In the condo's entrance hallway, we loved all of the hooks and pegs for hanging our ski clothes and all of the shoe trays for our wet boots and shoes.This property is described as a 2 Bedroom condo, but that is misleading. It should be listed as a 1 Bedroom + Loft. A "bedroom" implies a room with a door that can be closed. In this condo, the second "bedroom" is actually a loft at the top of the stairs with a blackout curtain that works for blocking out the light, but not the sound. There is no sound barrier between the loft and the sounds from the living room, TV, and kitchen. The main bedroom has a large bed, and the loft area has 5 beds (2 twin bunkbeds plus a twin).The lack of a sound barrier made it hard to watch TV after the kids in the loft went to bed. If there were a large TV in the bedroom, we could have watched that at night instead, but the bedroom TV was very small. There is one large flat screen TV in the living room, but tiny flat screen TVs in the bedroom and the loft area.The kitchen is on the small side but reasonable, with an almost-full-size fridge but a smallish dishwasher that cannot be used for pots and pans.Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, and it worked very well for skiing at sugarloaf without needing to drive. There are two bathrooms: one downstairs and one off of the loft area. The only caveat is that it is not a 2 BR condo. It is a 1 BR + Loft.

Perfect little spot on the mountain
Snowbrook sits conveniently right at the bottom of Snubber Chair, a quick hike or ski through the woods brings you to the loading station. The condo was clean, comfy, cozy and well appointed. The owner passed along tips on what to bring, where to find groceries, that helped us prepare for the trip. We were four, but the condo could host a larger family quite easily.

Property is exactly as advertised, super convenient to get to the chairlift and get skiing right away. Elizabeth was so accommodating, provided great directions and information and answered all of my questions well ahead of our stay. We were a party of 4 adults and 1 small child, felt there was plenty of room for all of us. The place was very clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Elizabeth for a wonderful weekend!
