About this house rental
This spectacular warm contemporary home is uniquely positioned less than 50 yards from the restaurants, shops and galleries of Carolina Beach. Rarely can you find a home of this quality only a few blocks from Main Beach offering impressive views of the ocean, sunrises, and city lights. This contemporary masterpiece has only the finest materials. The views get more dramatic as you rise. An open floor plan with abundant natural light is enhanced by numerous design elements. A beautiful gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counters, center island and custom cabinetry opens to the Great Room for entertaining. This home Features hardwood and travertine floors. Each bedroom has a king size bed and access to a bathroom. Home includes and brand new, over-sized, front load washer and dryer. The over-sized parking under the home also includes a beach shower. Fresh linens, towels, paper towels, toilet papers, dish soaps are all included. Cable packages in all rooms, along with high speed internet! Plenty of privacy, only 2 short blocks to the beach which includes a cross walk, and one block from the many attractions Carolina Beach beach has to offer!

We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people
We also do not allow pets or smoking.

Overall a decent stay! I will say the house was VERY clean, only thing that grossed me out was the mold growing at the bottom of all the shower liners. Host were very friendly and talked us through clear instructions! Cons of this house were ALOT of steps with kids and bags/only 6 towels for 6 guest (I usually use 2 alone)... only ONE roll of paper towels for a week. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner/body wash, they had some under the sinks but they were ALL almost empty and we were staying for 7 days. Lastly we've stayed at MANY BnBs over the years and there were not a lot of extras- meaning zero condiments or spices so it was a little hard to cook at the house without having to buy a ton of items (luckily there was a WONDERFUL little grocery mart adjacent to the property) plenty of cooking utensils though! Only a charcoal grill, which was fine but pretty hard to cook for 6 people on it. I'd say 7 out of 10 for this visit! Location was a quick walk to the beach which was a win for us with 2 small kiddos! Thank you for the stay, I hope this finds the next guest well and provided you with the information needed! If it was 3 couples staying here who were going out to eat every meal, this place would be great choice!

Definitely stay here if youre looking for a house in the center of Carolina beach! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants, and great grocery store across the street. The house is immaculate, beds very comfy, nice towels and linens. Easy check in and out. Great value and am looking forward to returning!

When arrived there was a toddler juice bottle on deck, the floors were dirty, our socks, feet and shoes were black, the baseboards were dirty. The ice maker was jammed. The scene was terrible, no towels in downstairs bathroom, and both tv remotes in bedrooms were not working. captain room was okay with remote. Homeless men across the street staying. (Sad) would not come back to that beach. Very dissappointed.
