About this house rental
Located in Holmes Beach, this attractive house for $595 per night is a great option for your next trip. This spacious property has a Tiki Bar by the heated pool, large kitchen with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large second floor entertainment room with foosball, and a tv setup. The entertainment room also has a queen bed. For beach accessories, there is a paddle board, surfboards, skimboards, life jackets, beach chairs, beach toys, and more. Pets are welcome with approval. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds in them and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed. There is a large dining room table that seats 10. It also has an inground pool that is heated to 85 degrees year around. We provide cornhole boards and bags as well and have a great throwing area behind the house if that's something you're into. Our normal check-in and checkout day is Saturday. We do consider alternative check-in and checkout dates, especially during off-peak seasons. Also, we are open extended stay rentals. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. Ginelle and Justin responded quickly and addressed all concerns. The house is well equipped for every need and the layout provided plenty of space for seven people. It was great to have baby items available (pack and play, umbrella stroller, and high chair). Also the garage has all the equipment needed for an active day at the beach, which is a very short walk away.

We loved out stay at the home! It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the linens. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out and the pool was great for my daughter. If you are looking for a quiet getaway to relax, this is for you. The only considerations we had were that the mattresses could be better on the big beds.

We had a great vacation here, especially loved the tiki bar, pool, proximity to beach. Bedrooms/number of bathrooms were perfect. The pool only got sun in the am but there's a second floor deck for sunbathers. The hosts addressed issues immediately (floor wasn't sufficiently cleaned upon our arrival and the sink disposal leaked.) They promptly sent a cleaner to "redo" the floor and they attended to the disposal repair right away. This is the 2nd year our fam has vacationed in Anna Maria. This property AND the one we rented last year (from different owners) keep plastic covers over their mattresses. This is a huge pet peeve. If, like most adults over 40, you toss and turn at night, the sound of this plastic underneath makes sleeping all the more difficult. I understand the need on the bunk beds for kids but on the larger beds, these are unnecessary, uncomfortable, and insulting. For the price, we felt the property could've been cleaner and better stocked. There were some crumbs in drawers, dusty lamps, aged bed pillows, no decent bathmats, cheap TP, one old dish sponge, barely any dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, no cleaner for wiping tables or counters, no dish rack or sharp knives, pens, paper, lighter - just little things that can make a difference in meeting renters' needs. Games/puzzles seemed to all be missing pieces. Instructions for how to work TVs would help too. We didn't see any bikes in the garage and fridge didn't have filtered water as the listing stated.

What a great house! We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were huge and perfect for a family traveling, really more room than we expected from the pictures. The upstairs with the roof deck is amazing, having a private pool with lots of places to catch sun was the best.
The responsiveness of the homeowner was the best I've ever seen. We had a couple of questions after checking in and they answered them within hours. I highly recommend staying here if you're traveling with six or more in couples or a large family.
Having all the beach implements like chairs umbrellas, surfboards paddle boards beach toys for the kids, was a nice little unexpected amenity. The huge kitchen was a real bonus for cooking with family in the evenings. Well stocked with knives, cookware, plates and glasses.
Five stars. Would stay here again. Thank you to the owners.

Absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed and then some. Bikes were not in garage as shown but it was within a very short stroll to the trolly stop or to the beach. We love the sunshine so was a bit disappointed that the pool area did not have much afternoon sun. Would definitely rent this home in the future. We highly recommend it.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. We plan to come back next year if available. It was perfect for our family with an age range of 19 mos to 89. My daughter and her husband enjoyed the upstairs space at night where they could have some alone time. I enjoyed the spacious downstairs and the table that all of us could sit down to and enjoy our meals and family time.

The owners are very easy to work with. The house is fantastic! Great location. House is clean and everything worked. Realized there were no big bowls which is odd for a house that accommodated many people. I texted the owners and within hours, multiple big bowls showed up at the house. Great customer service!!!!

We had 9 women and the house was laid out well with plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size kitchen and access to beach chairs and other extra's plus beach towels was nice. Location very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and would return.

The house was amazing. All the rooms were large and had plenty of space. The pool was a perfect temperature every day. There was a lock at the top of the door going out to the pool so we didn't have to worry about our 2 year old grandson getting out. We were a very short walk to the beach which was perfect. I can't say enough about this house and we all are looking forward to staying here again.

We had so much toom for all 10 to spread out couple issues with appliances but they were promptly addressed. The pool was awesome! Lots of toys and chairs to borrow for the beach to save on space. We had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at the AMI house. The grandkids spent many hours in the pool. And its proximity to the beach made it easy to wheel the provided sand toys, paddle board, chairs, etc. in the provided wagon. We highly recommend this house. It met all our needs.

Z Family Christmas Vacation
Property was represented appropriately in the pictures, well kept, and fit our needs perfectly. Had an issue with a bike tire that was quickly remedied. Would recommend this to anyone looking for warm weather with a nice private pool, and close access to the beach. House included a nice assortment of beach equiment. We had a great time and plan to return.

50TH ANNIVERSARY FAMILY VACATION
THE HOUSE WAS AS PICTURED AND THE BEACH WAS A SHORT WALK FROM THE HOUSE. THE POOL WAS A BIT SMALL FOR 14 GUESTS BUT ALL WERE NOT IN AT ONCE. THE HOUSE WAS SPACIOUS, AND THE ONLY CONCERN WE HAD WAS THE JETTED TUB UPSTAIRS WAS DUSTY AND JETS NEEDED CLEANED. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND LEFT A LIST OF ITEMS THAT WOULD MAKE THE HOME MORE "FAMILY FRIENDLY". THE SMART TV IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH SOUND BUT ALL OTHERS WERE GREAT! ALL IN ALL WE HAD A WONDERFUL, MEMORABLE TIME WITH FAMILY IN THIS RENTAL! WE HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH Anna Maria Island!

Family vacation.
We had a group of a 8 adults and two small children and we couldn’t say enough about the house. It had everything and anything you could possibly need. A 3 min walk to the beach lots of dinning options close by. We will definitely be going back!!
