Upon entering 1 Night Harbour your eyes will be drawn to the light and bright family room with views out to a lush backyard and relaxing pool and spa. You will enjoy sitting on the updated and new Trek Decking to enjoy the Lowcountry air. There are three Championship golf courses located in Palmetto Dunes and this home sits on the 11th hole of the Robert Trent Jones course with breathtaking ocean views.
The pristine sandy beach is just a short 2 minute walk for you and your family. Whether building sand castles, beach combing, or just relaxing and taking in the cool ocean breeze this location is the very best in Palmetto Dunes.
As you enter our home you will be welcomed into the large freshly painted family room with plenty of seating for everyone on our spacious, sectional couch. Our upscale kitchen is open to the family room and offers a Thermador gas cooktop, SubZero refrigerator, two sinks, microwave, wine cooler and ice maker. Adjacent is a breakfast room with a new dining table for 6-7. The French doors just off the breakfast room lead out to a spacious, new deck with ample seating and an inviting pool and spa.(can be heated for an additional charge)
On the opposite side of our kitchen in the dining room is our beautiful dinning room with enough space to seat 10 guests comfortably.
There are 3 primary bedrooms downstairs each with king beds and private newly renovated baths with tubs, separate updated showers and double sinks. These 3 bedrooms have 3 new 65 inch smart TV's.
Upstairs you will find a game room with a foosball table and plenty of seating on the comfortable couch.
There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs. The first has 3 twin beds and a private bathroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom and the third bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bathroom along with a new 55 inch smart TV.
Whether you are an avid golfer, love outdoor activities or a beach lover, 1 Night Harbour provides it all.

My large family has stayed at 1 Night Harbour for 4 years. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. Because of the location, the beach is never crowded with enough space for us to play a baseball game and bocce ball. After the beach we always hit the pool before dinner. Such a beautiful setting with palm trees, pines, trees or bushes on all sides. Very private. 10 nice beach towels are provided. The 3 master bedrooms downstairs all have king beds and have been recently updated. The upstairs bedrooms are very functional but could use updating. The two refrigerators and an ice maker are definitely a plus. Jon, the property manager, is so easy to work with and responds to my texts within minutes. We have become very good friends over the years. Ryan, the host, is also easy to work with. If our sports calendar permits, we will definitely be back at 1 Night Harbour again next year.

Our stay (3 families totaling 11) was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone and the garage offered plenty of space for our beach supplies. Really easy walk to the beach on a shaded paved path. The host was responsive to all my messages and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent six bedroom property with a pool, two minute walk from an uncrowded beach in the Palmetto dunes resort. In our party, we had eight adults and three little children, and there was even an extra bedroom that we did not use. The property managers are fantastic people to work with and also have a Denali, which can be rented for a separate fee which easily holds seven adults and luggage. A 10/10 property!
