CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This is a beautiful condo. You may not be directly on the beach, but being 19 floors up definitely has its advantages. Parking is good too - as is getting your stuff up to your condo. It's quiet, and it's easy to get to the beach.There were a couple of strikes, though.#1) The beds in both bedrooms are horrible. Motel 6 has better beds. I'm not talking about getting a Sleep Number, but they all need to be replaced. They're too small, they creak and they're bottom-line uncomfortable. For the money spent, this was a huge disappointment.#2) The TVs in the living room and master bedroom are Dish only. Apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.) are not accessible. I wasn't able to cast from my phone either. Dish is great, but in 2026, guests should be able to watch apps.And #3) it didn't bite us in the butt because we were able to get around it, but the bedroom handles lock by themselves. If the guest bedroom's bathroom didn't have a second door, we would have been locked out. If one of us hadn't been in the master bedroom, we would have been locked out.This condo has A LOT going for it. It shouldn't get dinged by problems like these. It's all about attention to detail.

This was the perfect spot for us!! The location is great. The rooms were just as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean! Check in and check out was very easy. Great communication! We will definitely look at staying here again.

This location has to be the absolute best, most convenient option we could have chose for our family! Everything was so easily accessible it made our trip go so so smoothe! Great views, awesome facilities and the host was beyond accommodating! Frequent check ins and tips/pointers made our stay that much easier. Hundred percent recommend!

I chose this property partly because the description said there was a king size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom had a full or queen size bed. I believe it was only a full size. We could not sleep together all night because we were crowded. The description was incorrect, and it caused us sleepless nights. Also, the pillows were very thin.
