Location towards centre of Annecy was brilliant despite the walk home being very uphill; parking within the apartment blocks grounds too. Only there one night and it was a lovely flat, clean , comfortable , secure , the way to get access sounds complicated and you do need a smart phone , but is quite simple and once in the fob left for use opened the ground floor
Felt a bit on edge, host was very helpful with access and what to do on exit however the rules, so many rules about not making noise we felt uneasy moving about , walking, having the telly on as his neighbours are apparently super sensitive to noise, and he evidently doesn’t want to upset them which is great but this apartment is for the quieter guests Perhaps consideration if you have boisterous active children However having a robot hoover going on when walking in and the tumble being full pelt it must have a level of soundproofing,
