Sadly no recommendation

The location of the apartment is genuinely very good

The location of the apartment is genuinely very good, but unfortunately, that is the only aspect of our stay that we can recommend. When we arrived, the baby cot we had requested for our two-year-old daughter was missing. As we were only staying for three nights, we found our own solution, so this alone would not have been a major issue. However, the overall condition and cleanliness of the apartment were very disappointing. The floors were sticky, there were crumbs and dirt on the table, chairs, inside the kitchen cupboards and even in the cutlery drawer, and some of the cutlery itself was dirty. There were only two drinking glasses available. We also found an empty, used shampoo container in the shower, and the reed diffuser in the toilet looked very old and almost mouldy. What concerned us particularly as parents of a two-year-old was the balcony, where old cigarette butts had simply been left behind. A toddler naturally picks things up from the floor, so this was not only unpleasant but also a safety concern. During our stay, we also noticed a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, which made the overall impression even worse. What disappointed us most, however, was the complete lack of communication. We contacted the management on the evening of our arrival, explained the issues in detail and gave them the opportunity to respond or offer a solution. We never received any reply at all – not during our stay and not afterwards. We do not expect a holiday apartment to be perfect, and minor issues can always occur. But we do expect an apartment to be properly cleaned and prepared before guests arrive, especially when it is advertised and presented to a certain standard. And if something does go wrong, we expect the management at the very least to acknowledge a guest's message.

Die Lage war sehr zentral unmittelbar gegenüber vom Rathaus. Ein Parkhaus steht in der Nähe zur Verfügung

Die Schlafzimmer sind recht eng, ein Licht im bad hat dauerhaft geflackert und es war teilweise in den Ecken und den Fenstern dreckig.
