About this house rental
Situated in Destin, this lovely house for $999 per night is a great choice for your next break. Livin' the Dream is a sparkling clean gorgeous 2000 sq. ft. beach home located only 1.5 blocks from the sugar white beaches. The house is minutes away from the Destin Commons, which boasts many restaurants, a movie theater, bowling alley, many dining options, and great shopping. The two story house has covered porch/balconies on both the front and back sides of the home. The home boasts a private pool, with heating optional for an additional fee during the colder months. New upgrades include a newly renovated kitchen, triple queen bunk beds, new white vinyl privacy fencing, LED string lighting around pool deck and all brand new kitchen appliances. All 4 bathrooms have been upgraded to quartz countertops, large LED mirrors, new fixtures. ALL linen is freshly washed after each stay to include comforters, quilts, blankets and shams. We have 6-8 beach chairs, a cooler, beach wagon, 14-16 beach towels. For small kids we have a pack n play, baby gate for inside, and safety gate for pool area. ALL BEDS ARE LUXURY MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES Downstairs you have your open livingroom and kitchen with a brand new large custom Barn wood table enough for 8 people! Every room has a large flat screen smart TV with access to complimentary nexfix account. Downstairs boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1st bedroom is a large Master bedroom with a King size bed with private full bathroom. 2nd bedroom on the first floor has custom triple queen bunk beds.(bunk beds suitable for adults or children) 2nd full bathroom is shared access is in the hallway. Both rooms have access to covered back porch and pool area. 2nd floor boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. 1st bedroom is a Master bedroom with King size bed and attached completely renovated full bathroom with a deep soaker tub. Sliding glass doors give you access to a covered balcony looking over the pool. 2nd bedroom is a large room with a King size bedroom with 2 futon sofas for seating or an extra sleeping space with private access to front balcony. 3rd bedroom has Queen size bed with access to back covered balcony looking over the pool area. 2nd bathroom is a shared full bathroom in hallway. Note: Golf cart rental is available at a discounted rate, please inquire about this wonderful amenity. All pets must be approved before booking for insurance purposes. Non refundable pet fee will be applied to your stay. Pool heating is available in the colder months. Please inquire before arrival. We have installed a ring doorbell viewing our porch and front yard/ parking. This is monitored for security of our property and for the safety of our guests. Our property accommodates 4 vehicles parking spaces during your stay. No trailers or campers. Parking is heavily enforced by city code officers. All rules apply. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING policy in our home! We do NOT host COLLEGE groups. Any instabooking executed outside our house rules will be asked to cancel immediately. Paradise awaits! We spent a great week in Destin. The home was about three blocks to the beach - easy walking distance. In the middle of everything, but you didn’t feel crowded. We plan to return!

This was such a great house! The cleanliness and extras that were provided was outstanding. My now husband and I got the house for our friends and family along with some of his troop from the Army and we all had an amazing time. From the location to the golf cart making trips to the gas station or down to the beach was absolutely incredible. The heated pool was a life saver with it being cold as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will look into booking again.

I've vacationed in Destin for the past 20 years and this was hands down the best house! Great location only 1 block from the beach, surf shops and restaurants. The most comfortable beds! There's so many windows that provide natural light that you never feel indoors. Complete privacy in the back yard and pool. 4 separate porch/balconies. The house is fully equipped with all of the extras. I would definitely recommend renting the golf cart! Michael was an incredible host and went above and beyond! You can't go wrong with this rental.

We loved the property and location. Everything was clean and Michael was very good with communication. The pool needed a minor repair the day we arrived, but he was great with keeping us informed and getting it taken care of quickly while we were out. Would stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family - it had everything we needed and more. Additionally, this was the cleanest rental property we've ever stayed at. It's a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach, which we loved.
Mike was a great communicator and was always quick to respond when we had questions. We will definitely be staying at this place again in the future!

We have been taking a family trip every summer for the past eight years. This is by far the nicest house that we have stayed in!!! The hosts were fantastic! The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well furnished. The grandkids loved the pool. The beach was just a short walk or golf cart drive away. We loved everything about our stay there. The house was perfect!!! Hope to come back soon!!

The House! The house is beautiful! Great living space and amenities! Room for everyone to get together or get some time for themselves! The house stayed perfectly cool in the crazy heat, it was decorated perfect for the beach and was so light and airy!
The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious! My daughter had the queen bunk room and it was her slice of Heaven!
The back yard is completely fenced in so we were able to relax with our dog without worry. He chased lizards and enjoyed himself immensely! There is plenty of seating outside which is wonderful for a large group. They even had games and pool toys for everyone to enjoy. We brought beach chairs but did not need to. There was plenty.
We rented the golf cart which I highly recommend. It was so nice to be able to not have to take the car out much. We were always able to find a spot to park the cart at the beach which is very close!

This was our 4th year in Destin in the same neighborhood, which is a great location for walks, access, and convenience. This home was well kept and clean, and had the best outdoor space we’ve had to date. The golf cart was great for quick grocery runs and the beach was within walking distance. The only thing I would change is having the backyard area off of a living space rather then needing to go out through a bedroom. But that’s just the layout of the house and overall it was a great stay with comfortable beds, amenities and overall feel! Lastly, the hosts were wonderful to work with and we had zero issues during our stay.

Three of the four bedrooms have beautiful balconies, the backyard with the pool and bistro lights is an entire vibe by itself and the owners are amazing in terms of communication . This house is a gem and super close to the beach. The golf cart was a huge convenience!

Loved everything about this property. The house was perfect for our group. Michael was the best vrbo host we have ever had. The location was very close to the beach. At the house there was beach chair, sand toys, kid life jackets, a beach umbrella etc. We plan on renting this house the next time we are in Destin!

Our Property Manager was excellent. We had 3 generations stay for a week. Each family had their own bedroom and bath. There was plenty of room to hang out in the living room/kitchen area or by the pool. All of us had a really nice time.

Every family member said more than once "this is a great place". Location, amenities, value. Think of a paid advertisement for a vacation spot and then let me tell you it is the truth. 3 rd trip to Destin and been in 5 rentals. This topped those other experiences. Very responsive hosts who put their heart into this unit. One problem dealt with very promptly (on a Sunday) and smooth sailing after that. Great backyard pool space also. We spent a lot of time their. There was a pop up canopy that we took to the beach. Great because the sun was at full strength and 90 + degrees. If it fits our numbers for next year's trip we won't have to look any further (if available).

We are no stranger to Vrbo but this was by far our best experience so far! From the helpful communications leading up to our trip to the personal phone call on our drive there to let us know the property was available early, the text message including the host's recommendations to the friendly trash and checkout reminders. Micheal & Leiann are top notch hosts!
The house was in a perfect location in our opinion. We were just over a block from the beach, away from the congestion but close enough drive if we desired.
The private pool was a great for evenings we decided to order in and just hang out. I would certainly recommend renting the golf cart! It made transporting canopies, paddle boards, coolers and toys SO much easier.

We have a Destin trip annually the week of the 4th with my family and another family. It is always a great trip and this year was no exception. This house is great, has everything you need for the beach and pool and is in an awesome location. The golf cart addition is a must. So easy to get around with it and the Crystal Beach area is very golf cart friendly. We loved it.
