Situated in Carolina, this charming house for $725 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Just imagine: you land in a tropical island, take a quick 10 mins ride from the airport to your beautiful modern house, where you can jump in a refreshing pool right away! Have fun playing foosball, or enjoy a drink (or two) sitting at an outdoor bar. Connect to complimentary WiFi to send pics of your amazing vacation home to your friends! Then you grab beach chairs, some floaties and beach toys, sunscreen (we have all that in storage ready for you) and walk five minutes to one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico! The house was fairly nice and spacious. However, there were several major issues -
- the neighborhood was incredibly loud at night - we have all lived in major cites and don’t mind some noise, but we were woken up every night with people shouting, fireworks, loud cars, dogs barking.
- a part of the windows in the common area didn’t have a screen and so we were inundated with mosquitoes and mosquito bites.
- the hot water in two of the showers didn’t work, which can happen, but it took multiple texts and three visits from the maintenance man and five days for it to be fixed. The management person was friendly and helpful but the owner was rude during our texts about this issue.
The pool area was nice, the bedrooms were comfortable and the common area was spacious.

We truly enjoyed this home. It was uniquely perfect for our group of 8 all over the age of 18. There is plenty of space. The bedrooms were well furnished and A/C worked great in the bedroom areas. The main area was open which was a cool concept, hard to describe but we all loved it, the little pool, the foozball, etc. (I would not recommend this home for anyone with toddlers, they would be hard to watch here.) We enjoyed dining both inside and outside. And there was a separate and kind of hidden room with A/C for watching movies or whatever. I did not go in the upstairs apartment too much but it also looked nice. The kitchen up there did have a stove, oven, and microwave but there were no dishes, refrigerator,or other kitchen amenities so I have to assume it is in transition of some type or they are phasing out the kitchen up there and turning it into something else??? If there was any con it was a neighbor's rooster that crowed starting around 2:00 a.m. and went on until morning. The home did not have great sound insulation so the rooster sounded like he was right under our window every morning. Definitely lots of city noises so hard to sleep if you are not used to that. The home did have great daylight blocking window shades-that was a positive.
The neighborhood did not feel unsafe and the cars could be locked behind a gate.There were a few restaurants to walk to but most things we drove to.
We had lots of good together time and plenty of room to have our own space.

Very comfortable and well equipped home with good-sized bedrooms and excellent beds. We were a large group - 8 adults and 1 toddler and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Location was convenient to the metropolitan area; Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde are just a few miles away. Some reviews mentioned early morning noise from barking dogs and crowing roosters. That does happen, but never for very long. We all brought blue-tooth portable speakers and used a fan app to drown out any outside noise. Worked like a charm! Mayra and John were very attentive and responded within minutes, even on New Years Eve. Would recommend this home!

This home was gorgeous! Great for families or a group of friends. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to the beach and many stores/restaurants. They even provided Information for concierge who helped us find great things to do in the area. The property owners were very kind and provided everything you could need. Full kitchen with dishes and cookware. Towels, beach items. The communal areas were spacious and had plenty of chairs. The pool was more than enough space for 8 large adults. Beds and bedding were VERY comfortable. Will definitely recommend this home and will book again! 10/10.

Our stay was amazing but after 4 days we were ready to come home. The house was exactly as pictured minus the ping pong table and plus the mosquitoes. The host was amazing and very accessible when needed. She asked that quiet hours be from about 9/10pm on, which we respected. However no one told the neighbors in the surrounding area about quiet hours. Or the roosters! Besides that we truly enjoyed ourselves. A few recommendations: TVs in the bedrooms and cover those openings in wall next to back door to limit mosquito and cat entry.

This was a great place for us, there were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was nice to have the pool to hang out in. Mayra was very nice and answered texts quickly. We would definitely stay here again when in PR.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, perfect for a big group! House was better than expected and location was great. We loved the fact that the Host was extremely attentive, which made us feel safe and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this home to our family/ friends and most definitely will be coming back :)

We are a family of 4 and stayed with another family of 4. There was plenty of space, beach equipment and parking for 2 cars. The bedrooms were cool with air conditioning and the beds were super comfortable. The main living area and kitchen are not air conditioned which made it very hot if you are cooking. It’s best to use the outdoor grill for cooking. We spent most of the time outside and in the pool. The pool is a bit smaller than we expected but it served its purpose for us to cool off each day. You are walking distance to the ocean and restaurants. It’s about a 45 minute drive to El Yunque park and a little over an hour drive if you want to take the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. We had a great time at this property and Mayra communicated with us in a timely manner. Thanks for a great time!

The house is very appropriate for adults . Everyone has a nice chamber with good bed and AC.
Saloon is climatised and you can drink something or read a book alone if you need it, or watch TV.
The swmiming pool is a very good idea !

Loved the accommodations. The living areas/bedrooms were great. The open air kitchen and living room was in continuity with the pool which was fantastic for our family. The security was great and we overall had a great time. Close enough to the beach and to the major roads and San Juan, that the stay was fantastic.

We had a great time. Everyone involved with our stay there was great. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Walking distance to a beach and when we wanted to go to la placita, or Condado beach or old San Juan it was only like 10 min or so to get to them. Definitely would stay again

My family and I had a group of 9 adults and 2 kids. The villa was spacious and accommodated all of our needs. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Super close to beaches. The hosts communicated very well and answered any questions we may have had. Would book again!
