The staff is incredible; the lobby is breathtaking.
Although the lobby is beautiful the floors, elevators and rooms need to be polished up or updated.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We liked the view from our balcony. The access to the beach was nice. We enjoyed the pool and the swim up bar. Everyone was friendly.
We did not like having to wait over 2 hours for our room when we arrived. One day housekeeping must have forgotten to clean our room so we had to wait on that after being gone most of the day. (I did request cleaning service everyday when we left the room) The closet that housed the AC made a loud noise every so often. We told maintenance about the noise, but it never was attended to. The toilet leaked but that was fixed after we told the front desk. We ordered room service one night but it took an hour to get the food.
