We arrived later than planned because Amsterdam Airport was closed, but the owner still met us at the villa around 8:30 pm. He was genuinely kind and helpful the entire time, and it was reassuring that he lives close by if anything came up. He gave us a warm welcome, showed us around, and explained how everything in the house worked.
The villa exceeded our expectations — the views are absolutely incredible. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of supplies and cookware. We also loved that you can have the best of both worlds: lots of natural light during the day, but a nicely dark room for sleeping if you prefer.
There’s a sweet little walkway along the side of the villa that leads to a small wooden deck area, which was a lovely spot to enjoy the surroundings. The only downside for us was that the pool was a bit too cold in January — but that just gives us an excuse to come back and try it again in the summer!

Niets.
