Very well located in a quiet residential area but easily connected to central city. Neighborhood has everything you may need .
Fantastic swimming pool, nice home. We had a small problem in our apartment that was immediately and professionally resolved by the owner.
Generally the staff and host were very attentive and helpful.

It was a unique experience having a pool inside the property and great to be able to see the kids play whilst we could relax on the sofas
There was nothing we did not like but little improvements would be the plug sockets being more secure and the pool did smell a little mouldy

The stay was generally comfortable despite a few drawbacks. The villa is spacious, and the pool was a great bonus during the hot weather. Although the water was quite cool, it was very refreshing. There are a couple of supermarkets within a 10–15 minute walk with reasonable prices, as well as several cafés and restaurants nearby. Getting to the city center by taxi was easy, and the location was simple to find. Check-in was smooth, and smoking is allowed on the terrace, which was convenient.
The biggest disappointment was that the property did not fully match the photos. It is the same place, but the pictures make it look much newer than it actually is. It seems the photos were either taken right after the renovation or heavily edited. The apartment was clean, but the furniture, bathroom fixtures, and overall interior clearly showed signs of age.
The Wi-Fi did not work at all. The network provided by the host was not even visible, so we couldn’t connect. On the lower floor there was almost no mobile signal either.
The layout was also less comfortable than expected. Only one bedroom could be fully closed off. Another bed was located in the living room, while the upper sleeping areas had very low ceilings, making them feel cramped.
One important thing to know is that this is not a standalone villa, but the ground floor of a three-story residential building. The neighbors were extremely sensitive to noise. Even normal conversations between friends and quiet music during the daytime resulted in complaints. If you’re planning to celebrate, spend an evening with friends, or simply enjoy time together, this may not be the best choice.
