Within 5 minutes by car, you're at Monterey's Old Fisherman's Wharf, great restaurants, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, downtown Monterey, shops and nightlife that includes live music. Travel Highway 1 to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach® and Pacific Grove -- all only 15 minutes away. Highway 1 is also the route to Big Sur -- just 45 minutes away and one of the most scenic drives in the world. If you're in the mood to walk, follow the nearby footpath nearby called the Regional Beach Trail that connects the entire Monterey Peninsula, over 15 miles from Pacific Grove to the Marina. The complex has two pools - one is heated, two jacuzzis, a workout room, sauna. Small, quiet, well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
