We booked the hotel for one night. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent.
There was no hot water. When we reported it in the evening, the reply was that the hotel has no hot water and there was nothing that could be done as it was a bank holiday. We showered in cold water that day. I sent an email to feedback but the only reply received was they were not aware that there was no hot water that day. It seems like the start either never reported it, or they just wanted to shrug off responsibilities. Other than the lack of hot water and irresponsible management, the other aspects are good.
