Great value for money, great location for Alton Towers. Clean and comfy. Some noise from pub underneath but we were warned in advance. Went down for a pint and it actually wasn’t that loud in there at all I think it must just be an old building. Didn’t effect us I wouldn’t let it stop you booking :)

Great location for the 2 days we spent at Alton towers, great food and reasonably priced, quiet rooms considering we were above a pub, lovely and clean with tea, coffee, biscuits. Fresh towels and toiletries
Only negative was that we could not get the tv to work. Possibly down to poor WiFi

Room was clean and had everything needed
Check in was a nightmare.
I didn't get check in details. Stood outside with a other family waiting to get in. Check in needs to be far better explained.
