Casa Vesna was excellent and exceeded our expectations!
The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is spacious and perfect for two people. The kitchen is great and has everything you need.
We loved the location — it is very secluded, so you have complete privacy and no one around to bother you. At the same time, it is very close to all the different beaches around Rovinj, with pretty much everything reachable within about 10 minutes by car.
The price is also excellent and, in our opinion, one of the best value-for-money options you can find in Rovinj.
The host, Claudio, is very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Check-in and check-out were both easy and completely hassle-free.
When we plan our next vacation in Rovinj, I will definitely try to book this house again. We highly recommend it!
There are a few small things that could be improved, but none of them were deal-breakers or major issues for us:
The roads leading to the house are gravel, and after heavy rain, puddles can form and some sections can get a bit rough because of the potholes. This can make the drive slightly messy for the car. The road is also only wide enough for one car in some places, so if you meet another vehicle coming in the opposite direction, passing each other can be a little tricky.
The Wi-Fi/internet connection in the house was only around 10 Mbps download/upload, which is a bit slow for streaming or heavier internet use. However, the mobile reception is excellent, so this wasn't really an issue for us — we had a strong 5G connection on our phones that worked perfectly.

Très belle maison située dans un endroit calme et proche des commerces.
Claudio est très sympathique et accueillant.
Nous étions avec nos 2 chiens qui ont pu profiter d'un immense jardin.
