Modern , sehr freundliche Hausfrau, für ein bis zwei Personen ausreichend groß, netter Balkon, sehr sauber, Hund erlaubt und kostenlos, was es sonst in Rovinj kaum gibt.
Eher weit außerhalb von Rovinj, aber gut erreichbar. Die kleine Espressomaschine fällt auf der Gasflamme um. Keine Mikrowelle.

la posizione molto buona per girare in autonomia, a 10 minuti di auto dal mare e dal centro citta e servizi.
Sono molto soddisfatta , non ho critiche da fare. tutto curato alla perfezione!

Struttura bella e staff accogliente e disponibile.
Non parlano molto italiano ma si comunica tranquillamente.
L'appartamento è ampio e ben fornito(cucina e salotto-camera da letto con letto matrimoniale,divano letto e armadio-bagno-balcone), ci sono tutte le cose per cucinare, forniscono un set di asciugamani e asciugacapelli.
Abbastanza comodo il letto e i cuscini.
Trovate anche scopa e paletta e qualche sacco della spazzatura.
Non c'è bidet.
Cè l'aria condizionata.
Si può utilizzare anche il barbecue, basta comunicarlo prima.
Parcheggio privato coperto e in caso non ci fosse posto a pochissimi passi c'è un parcheggio sterrato.
Pulizia ok, qualche ragnatela ma nulla di che.
Ottimo il balconcino con tavolino, un piccolo stendino e un filo per appendere teli.
Fantastica la posizione, sia per il centro che per le spiagge.
Quella più vicina è la "cisterna Beach".
Se proprio c'è qualcosa di "negativo" è la poca insonorizzazione. Purtroppo si sente tutto ciò che succede negli altri appartamenti.

The room on the 1st floor is full of mosquitos, and windows without net, the shower tube was old with mold, all bathroom equipment was old, and towels were so used and secondhand so we didn't use them, the voltage had a problem so the lamps were blinking and the kettle stopped working once while was an electricity jump, I was afraid my MAC will be damaged. Free parking place, pet-friendly, great wi-fi, close to the restaurant. The location is very far from Rovinj, 6km from the city center, and the villa in the village. The nearest beach is a wild beach within 1,2km (7 min drive), without a car here not possible to stay.
Old linens (bedding) are very washed and secondhand. The kitchen was very small, with no Extractor Hood so all our clothes smelled of food. No hairdryer was provided before the request. The locker was hard to open.
