Back pool area was not as pictured or advertised. Weeds were grown out from cracks through paver tiles around pool. One gutter was broken and hanging from house to the pool screen enclosure. That is only critique as home was clean and spacious. Check in took ridiculously long at the gate.

We had 5 families with kids stay in the house and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was perfect for us and described accurately in the listing or pictures. It was clean (which is the most important), check-in and check out were a breeze, owners were responsive, the pool was a hit with the kids while the jacuzzi was appreciated by adults, and location was great. If I were to point out some minor issues, that in no way outweighs the pros, the games in the game room needs some repair, the AC would be perfect if could be adjusted 1 or 2 degrees lower, some of the beds seem overused and noisy, and low water shower pressure especially in the 1st level showers.But overall, this house is nearly perfect! We would definitely come back again.

Clean and pool / outside area was great. Hot tub was excellent. Large kitchen with great dining room table. Most rooms had ceiling fan. Host was very responsive. Two main issues — the thermostat would not go below 74 during the day and 76 at night, humidity was typically 60-70% and it was just frankly uncomfortable at night, especially in the rooms with multiple beds. The neighborhood is also having issues with their gate security system, back ups of 20-30 mins was usual for us or ubers to get in.
