This home is conveniently located in at the heart of Redlands, a historical town with quirky antique stores, an up-and-coming restaurant scenes, and many cultural and art activities.We offer a quite rest stop on your way to a retreat in Big Bear Lake, Our home is large enough to accommodate 20 overnight guests. the house price for 8 guests only, extra guests （Includes adults and children ）after 8 will be charge extra guests fee for $45/night per

Please use the honor code for reporting the number of guests, any extra guests in additional to those listed on the booking will be charged extra , extra guests fee will be $45/night per guest, unregistered extra guests staying in houseis a fine for $150/night per guest.

Please note :
Security surveillance cameras are around the house, and will verify number of guests. Please make sure your booking reflects the correct number of guests ( both adults and children).
Small family gatherings are ok but parties are strictly prohibited. Only guests on the booking are allowed stay at the house, including use of patio, garage and pool area. Extra guests will be charged $45/night per guest, please inform your host for extra guests number and accept additional payments
For short time visitors, please let us know and get approval . there is a limit to the number of guests and hours allowed .

This home was perfect for our family stay in Redlands, California. The house had ample comfortable, sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, entertainment areas, plus plenty of room for parking. The pool area was amazing as was the side porch outside where we spent much of our time we could not have been more happy with this choice and would highly recommend for any large group or family. We will definitely rent this again if we return here. My adult children could not stop complementing this property. The eclectic/fun decor made it all the more fun.

Host very friendly and responsive to questions. Checkin was easy. We were in town for family wedding so a few branches of the family shared the house. The 7 rooms made it easy to have young families, adults and adult kids all together and everyone had space for privacy and for hanging out together.Pool is really big with a deep end and so clean. It was great to have for the kids and they spent a lot of time burning energy in the water. Bring your own toys.A few extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. They were provided by guest count instead of providing for each bed so several beds had no blankets or pillows. Overall, great location and great house. Really good value for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

We had 10 people staying and others during the day and evening. All We had a great time in the pool and with the pool table and other games. We were all in Redlands for a High School graduation. great family time.

The pool and number of people who can stay in this home are the shining features. We had 16 in the house and were comfortable. Things to be aware of there were no spare kitchen or bath towels, the kitchen was clean but the bathrooms were not.
