Such a fun property with a great pool and location. It is a little dated, but it adds to the charm. We’d definitely stay again!

Dock was great, as fitted our 24 ft boat and no issues with docking as water very calm in there. Parking for 2 vehicles and trailer was very easy with lots of space. Fish cleaning station by the dock was great. Air conditioning work well. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfortable. Showers were great! Upstairs in the house was very comfortable and clean. Pool was nice and perfect temperature. Another sink located by the grill, both in great working order. Downstairs also had more cookware and eating crockery and silverware. House was very well equipped.Had a slight issue with the washer but the management brought clean towels daily, so sorted the problem out promptly and machine was fixed before we left. We are a family of 5 and house was a great size for us. Overall, we all had a fantastic time.

Property looked similar to how it was listed. The property was clean and the neighbors were all nice. We even say a family of Manatee come by a couple days in the canal! We had a couple minor issues and they came and fixed them right away.

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants by car as well as the ocean by boat.
I would rate it a 4.5 star if it were clean. The first night we noticed that the bottoms of our feet were black from walking around inside the house. This was after we were in for the night and had taken showers. We also found years worth of dust on top of the refrigerator, in the slats of the pocket door on the master bath, on the window frames of the sunroom doors, and there was popcorn on the floor in the hall, we didn't have popcorn. (I have photos)
So the next morning I called the management company about the floor turning our feet black, they said they would send the cleaning crew right over, but no one ever came.
For the price of this rental, I expected to be able to walk barefoot inside the house after my shower.
But again, with a good cleaning, this would be a great place.
