When I entered the room I felt very welcomed with my name on the TV. It was clean, well lit and roomy. Beautiful interior and perfect for a nights rest!
I didn't like that the door hinge was loose as if someone was trying to get in.

Proximity to SAP center. Very clean as expected from Hampton.
Loud room A/C. $15 parking fee. Breakfast was just ok.

The overall stay was ok because the hotel is clean and it was quiet so it was easy to sleep.
Only 1 staff member acknowledged my family and I during our stay. All others were not friendly at all on only spoke if they had to. Nobody welcomed us when we arrived. 2 ladies were behind the counter and didn't say a word. They acted like they didn't want to be there.
The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder. It was missing the middle piece that holds the paper roll.
There was no complimentary water bottle as most hotels have. Instead we were charged $5 for each water bottle.
The beds say queen size but they are small and seem to be smaller than an actual queen bed.
When I chose my room it said I had to pay more which I dont know why.

One of the elevators didn’t work after the first night (we stayed 4 nights). This was quite incredible as we were on the fifth floor. Also, the faucet is too close to the sink edge so the bathroom counter was always wet.
