Stayed 5 nights here and it was worth every penny. From the very start Niko is very communicative and helpful. Location is ideal, few minutes walk from the centre of Fira but quiet enough that you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You do often get some friendly visitors at night which are quite cute cats.
No complaints about the apt or location itself, highly recommend getting up early and take it in the stunning sunrise from your apartment and outdoor area.
We had one small issue regarding cleaning that toilet roll wasnt replenished and room wasnt really cleaned however once raised with Niko, he apologised and it was the sorted the next day without issue again showing how responsive and helpful he is.

It was great that the host was there to greet us and take the luggage up the 3 flights of stairs... he explained how to get to the local mini mart and to the town center which was useful information. Was only able to watch Netflix (log into to your own account) however the host was gracious enough to log into Magenta TV for us to watch some TV in English and sports channels.
We booked a suite with the jacuzzi, however no towels for the jacuzzi where in the room needed to request towels (should have been already on the sunbeds) there was no shower gel to take a shower also needed to be requested, Also was surprised that the bed was not made there was bath towels and a flat sheet left on the bed, would have thought that the bed would have been made at the very least. On the second day when house keeping was to clean the room they never replaced the drinking glasses or cups and the room appeared to not be cleaned (floor swept, toilet cleaned etc. ) only towels where replaced and bins where emptied. When we requested new drinking glasses we had to wait for about 4 hours before they arrived around 8.30pm which was to late as we had to drink out of the dirty drinking glasses (water is not drinkable in Santorini) so we did not feel that washing the glasses without dishwashing liquid was ok.
We understand that this accommodation is not a Hotel, however housekeeping and the basics should be completed...
PS.... It would be great if there were umbrellas supplied with the lounge chairs as there is no shade...

Property was clean and specious.location is amazing. It’s just 5 minutes walk from Fira center. supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, clock tower everything is just minutes away.
Nikos is excellent host. He helps you to arrange any travel, boat ride and transfers. He suggested good restaurants and gave tips like local. He was always ready to help. It was really nice meeting Nikos.
Adding few more kitchen equipments like microwave will be helpful.
